1、Feeding:Place the stator core into the designated position of the winding machine, ready to start winding.
2、Winding:Use the electronic cam upper and lower axis Z and rotary axis for cam matching winding, to achieve high speed winding while precision lining. The winding speed is up to 1000r/min, suitable for stator core with 4-36 slots.
3、Positioning: use full closed-loop pulse positioning algorithm for precise positioning, or output action to the cylinder, support the selection of different modes.
4、Winding feet: X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis three-axis linkage spiral rising interpolation, high control accuracy, in order to achieve faster and more accurate enameled wire fixed in the hanging wire.
5、Division: The rotary axis can be rotated at individually set angles during the commissioning stage.
6、 pause and reset: in the winding process can be paused at any time, start to continue winding; winding is completed using the reset command for rapid reset to improve the efficiency of winding.
7、automatic line: in the winding process, the machine automatically completes the wire package line and over the line, the end of the line automatically cut.
