Process Flow

Dielectric assembly machine process, especially for the rotor dielectric assembly of automation and semi-automation work mode, can be elaborated as follows:


一、the automation work mode (can string machine automation work)


1、feeding preparation:

After the system starts, it automatically obtains the materials required for rotor, flat pad, wave pad and other assembly from the upstream production line or the material warehouse.

The materials are accurately positioned and transported to the assembling station through the vibrating plate, conveyor belt and other automated equipment.


2、Accurate positioning and identification:

Utilize machine vision system or sensors to accurately locate and identify materials such as rotors, flat pads, wave pads, etc. to ensure that the materials are error-free.

According to the size and type of materials, automatically adjust the height and angle of pick and place, in order to adapt to different specifications of the rotor and casing.


3、Assembly process:

Manipulator or special fixture grabs flat pads, wave pads and other meshes and accurately places them in the specified position of the rotor.

Through the press or special assembly equipment, the meson is pressed into or embedded in the rotor to ensure firm and reliable assembly.

During the assembly process, the system will monitor the assembly strength, position and other parameters in real time to ensure the quality of assembly.


4、detection and feedback:

After the assembly is completed, the sensor or machine vision system is used for quality inspection to ensure that the meson is assembled correctly.

If abnormal or non-conforming products are found, the system will immediately trigger an alarm and stop the current operation, waiting for manual intervention or automatic adjustment.


5、Downloading and collection:

The assembled qualified rotors are automatically transported to the downstream production line or collection area via conveyor belt or robotic arm.

Non-conforming products will be collected and processed separately.

1、Manual loading:

The operator will manually place the rotor, flat pad, wave pad and other materials in the designated position or loading area.

After the system confirms the materials in place through the sensor or manual instruction, it will enter the next operation.


2、Precise positioning and assembly:

The subsequent steps are the same as the automated working mode, including precise positioning, assembly process, detection and feedback.


3、Manual intervention and adjustment:

During the assembly process, the operator can manually intervene in the operation of the system if special circumstances are encountered or parameters need to be adjusted.

The system will also make corresponding adjustments according to the operator's instructions to ensure that the assembly process goes smoothly.
