7、Layer spacing: When a layer of rotor arrangement is completed, the tray drops a certain distance to provide space for the next layer of rotor arrangement.
8、Full tray detection: When the rotors on the tray reach a predetermined number or the tray is full, the system detects and stops placing the rotors, triggering the delivery of a new tray into place.
9、Tray output: The full tray of rotors is sent out through the automated conveyor system for subsequent storage or transportation.
10、Empty tray replenishment: At the same time, new empty trays are conveyed under the receivers, ready to receive new rotors.
11、Data Recording: Throughout the process, the system will record the information of each rotor and the filling status of the pallet for quality tracking and inventory management.
12、Abnormal Handling: When detecting abnormalities (such as missing, damaged or misaligned rotors), the system will automatically alarm and stop the operation, waiting for manual intervention or automatic adjustment.
