The maintenance methods of the series excitation motor motor stator press end plate machine are as follows:
1、Daily maintenance
Cleaning: Regularly clear away the dust and debris on the surface and inside of the equipment, especially the stator, rotor, heat sink and other parts, to prevent the accumulation of dust affecting heat dissipation and normal operation. It is recommended to use clean compressed air or soft brush for cleaning, avoid using wet cloth or water to rinse directly, to prevent moisture from entering the internal equipment causing short circuit and other faults.
Fastening check: Check all fasteners on the equipment, such as screws, nuts, bolts, etc., to make sure they are not loose or falling off. If they are loose, they should be tightened in time; if any damaged fasteners are found, they need to be replaced immediately to ensure the structural stability of the equipment.

Electrical system testing: Use professional electrical testing tools, such as multimeter, megohmmeter, etc., to test the motor's winding, insulation resistance, grounding resistance, etc., on a regular basis. Ensure that the resistance value of the windings is within the normal range, the insulation resistance meets the requirements, and the grounding is good, in order to prevent the motor from short-circuiting, leakage and other electrical failures, and to safeguard the operation of the equipment.

By installing temperature sensors or using tools such as infrared thermometers, measure the temperature of the components on a regular basis to ensure that they are within the normal operating temperature range. If the temperature is found to be abnormally high, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection, to find out the cause and troubleshooting, to prevent damage to the equipment due to overheating.
Vibration monitoring: Use vibration sensors or vibrometers to monitor the vibration of the equipment and check whether there is any abnormal vibration. Under normal circumstances, the vibration of the equipment should be within the specified range.
