1、Temperature sensor failure
Fault phenomenon:
The display temperature does not match with the actual temperature, which may lead to inaccurate control of drying temperature during the paint dripping process, affecting the drying effect and quality of paint.
Temperature sensor no signal output, so that the drying system can not be adjusted according to the actual temperature, may cause the paint drying incomplete or excessive baking.
Solution:
Calibrate the temperature sensor, use a standard thermometer for comparative measurements, adjust the calibration parameters of the sensor to make the displayed temperature consistent with the actual temperature.
