I. Conveyor system failure
l Chain or conveyor belt failure

Solution: For broken chains, the damaged links or the whole chain need to be replaced. If the chain is slack, proper tension can be restored by adjusting the tensioning device. For the conveyor belt that runs out of shape, firstly, check whether the rollers of the conveyor belt are parallel and rotate flexibly, if necessary, adjust the position of the rollers to make them parallel; for the conveyor belt that is seriously worn out, it should be replaced in time, so as to ensure that the stator can be conveyed smoothly.
l Conveying motor failure
Failure phenomenon: the conveyor motor makes abnormal sound, the speed is unstable or cannot be started. This will make the conveying speed of the stator uncontrollable, affecting the uniformity and continuity of the dripping paint.
Solution: Check whether the power supply to the motor is normal, including checking whether the wire connection is firm and whether the fuse is blown. Failure phenomenon: the paint pump can not work properly, such as no paint, unstable amount of paint or abnormal vibration and noise. This will lead to uneven paint dripping, or even unable to carry out the paint dripping operation.
Solution: Check whether the inlet and outlet pipes of the paint pump are clogged. If they are clogged, clear the pipes of debris and dried paint. At the same time, check whether the impeller or piston of the paint pump is damaged, if damaged, it should be replaced in time. For unstable paint output, also check whether the seals of the paint pump are damaged, causing air to enter or paint to leak, if so, replace the seals.
l Clogged or damaged spray nozzle
Failure phenomenon: clogged nozzle will make the paint can not be sprayed out normally, resulting in part of the stator can not drip paint; nozzle damage will make the drip paint irregular shape, the amount of drip paint can not be controlled.
Solution: If the nozzle is clogged, use a special solvent to soak the nozzle and dissolve the clogged paint, then use compressed air to blow inside the nozzle to clear away the residual debris. Solution: Use a multimeter to check the resistance value of the heating element, if the resistance value is infinity, that the heating element is broken, need to be replaced. At the same time, check whether the connection line of the heating element is firm to ensure that the current can normally pass through the heating element.
l Ventilation system failure
Failure phenomenon: the ventilation system fan does not rotate, the speed is too slow or the ventilation pipe is blocked. This will make the hot air in the drying box can not circulate, resulting in uneven drying, paint drying effect is poor.
Solution: For the case of fan not rotating, check whether the power supply of the fan motor and the motor itself are damaged, such as motor winding broken or short-circuit, capacitor damage, etc., and repair or replace it according to the inspection result. If the fan speed is too slow, check whether it is caused by the impeller of the fan being entangled by debris, or the belt of the motor being slack, etc., clean up the impeller or adjust the belt tension. l Fixture wear or deformation
Failure phenomenon: fixture wear will lead to the stator is not fixed firmly, in the drip paint and drying process displacement, affecting the accuracy of the drip paint; fixture deformation will make the stator installation difficult, unable to ensure that the stator and drip paint system and drying system relative position is correct.
Solution: For worn fixtures, repair or replace them according to the degree of wear.
