The maintenance of the series excitation motor motor stator drip paint machine is as follows:


1, daily maintenance


l Cleaning:


After each use, clean the paint residue around the body, working table and nozzle of the paint dripping machine in time to prevent the paint from drying and clogging the nozzle or affecting the normal operation of the equipment. You can use special cleaner and soft cloth for wiping.


Regularly clean the filters and vents inside the paint dripper to prevent dust and impurities from accumulating and affecting heat dissipation and equipment performance. For removable filters, they should be disassembled and cleaned according to the instructions.


l Inspection:


Check whether the nozzle is clogged, worn or deformed, if there is any problem, it should be replaced or cleaned in time. Special nozzle cleaners and tools can be used for cleaning, and the paint residue inside the nozzle should be carefully cleared off.


Check the piping, valves and pumps of the paint supply system for leaks, looseness or damage to ensure the normal supply of paint. If there is any leakage, find the leakage point and repair it in time; if there is any looseness, tighten it in time.


Check whether the display, button and indicator of the control system work normally, if any abnormality should be repaired or replaced in time. At the same time, check whether the parameter setting of the control system is correct, if necessary, adjust.

2、Regular maintenance


l Mechanical parts maintenance:


Regularly lubricate and clean the transmission parts of the paint dripping machine, such as motor, reducer, chain and belt. According to the frequency of use of the equipment and the requirements of the manual, select the appropriate lubricant for refilling, and clear away the oil and impurities on the surface of the transmission parts.


Check the mechanical connection parts of the equipment, such as screws, nuts, couplings, etc., to see if they are loose or worn out, and if there is any problem, they should be tightened or replaced in time.


Regularly check and maintain the working table and fixture of the paint dripping machine to ensure its precision and stability. If there is any deformation or damage, it should be repaired or replaced in time.


l Electrical system maintenance:


Regularly check whether the wiring of the electrical system is firm, whether there is any breakage, aging, etc. If there is any problem, it should be repaired or replaced in time. At the same time, check the working status of electrical components, such as relays, contactors, sensors, etc., if there is any abnormality, it should be repaired or replaced in time.


Use professional electrical testing equipment, such as megohmmeter, multimeter, etc., to test the insulation resistance and grounding resistance of the electrical system to ensure the reliability of the electrical system.

Check the working condition of the paint pump and spray gun, such as whether the pressure and flow rate are normal or not, if there is any problem, it should be repaired or adjusted in time. Meanwhile, replace the wearing parts of the paint pump and spray gun regularly, such as sealing ring, spray nozzle and so on.


Regularly check the quality of the paint, such as viscosity, drying time, adhesion, etc., if there is a failure to meet the requirements of the situation should be timely replacement of the paint or adjustment of the paint formula.


 

3、Long-term out-of-service maintenance


l Cleaning and drying: Before the equipment is taken out of service, all the cleaning and drying should be carried out. The paint and impurities inside the equipment clean off, and then use dry compressed air to blow dry the inside of the equipment to prevent rust and corrosion of the equipment.


l Rust prevention and lubrication: The metal parts of the equipment should be treated with rust prevention, which can be coated with antirust oil or antirust paint, etc. Meanwhile, the transmission parts and lubrication of the equipment should be treated with antirust paint. At the same time, the transmission parts and lubrication parts of the equipment are fully lubricated to prevent rust and wear and tear of the parts.


l Regular energization inspection: During the long-term suspension of the equipment, the equipment should be periodically energized to ensure that the electrical system and control system of the equipment work properly.
