How should the maintenance of the semi-automatic spring brush machine for series excitation motor motor be carried out?

The maintenance of semi-automatic spring brush machine for series excitation motor motor mainly includes the following aspects:

First, the motor part

1、Cleaning

Regularly (once a week is recommended) use a clean, dry soft cloth or brush to clear away dust, fibers and other debris on the motor surface. Because dust and other accumulations may affect the thermal performance of the motor, resulting in motor overheating.

For the vents of the motor, focus on cleaning to ensure good ventilation. You can use a compressed air tank to blow away the dust inside the vent, but pay attention to the pressure is moderate, to avoid damage to the internal parts of the motor.

2、Lubrication

The bearing parts of the motor need to be regularly (according to the frequency of use, generally every 3 - 6 months) to add the appropriate amount of grease. Choose grease suitable for the working environment and speed of the motor, such as high temperature environment can choose lithium grease.

When adding grease, pay attention to the appropriate amount to avoid excessive grease overflow and contamination of the motor winding and other parts. Generally, the amount of grease added to each bearing is about 1/3 - 1/2 of the bearing space.

3、Check the brush and commutator

Check the wear of brushes once a month. When the brushes are worn to about 1/3 of their original length, they should be replaced in time. Because the brush is too short may lead to poor contact between the brush and the commutator, generating sparks and damaging the commutator and brushes.

At the same time, check the surface of the commutator for abrasion and uneven wear. If the surface of the commutator is slightly abraded, use fine sandpaper (e.g., 800 - 1000 mesh) to gently sand the surface to make it smooth. After sanding, wipe it with a clean cloth to remove sandpaper particles.

Second, the spring device part

1、Clean and check the spring

After each use, clean the dirt and impurities on the surface of the spring to prevent it from affecting the elasticity and service life of the spring. Cleaners and soft cloths can be used for cleaning, but avoid the use of corrosive cleaning agents.

Regularly (every 2 - 3 months) check the spring for deformation, breakage, etc. If the spring is found to be defective, it should be replaced promptly. At the same time, check whether the installation position of the spring is correct, to ensure that the spring can be normal expansion and contraction in the working process.

2、Lubricate the relevant parts

For the moving parts of the spring device, such as the spring seat, guide bar, etc., lubricate every 3 - 4 months. Lubricating oil or grease can be used to reduce the friction between the parts to ensure smooth operation of the spring device.

Third, the brush machine part

1、Clean the brush head and brush holder

After each use, clean the residual substances on the brush head and brush holder, such as dust on the bristles and impurities on the roots of the bristles. You can use water to rinse the brush head (if the brush head material permits) and then dry it with a dry cloth.

Regularly (monthly) check the wear of the brush head. When the brush head is so worn that the brushing job cannot be done effectively, the brush head should be replaced in time. At the same time, check whether the brush holder is loose, deformed, etc. If there is any problem, repair or replace it in time.

2、Check the transmission parts of the brush machine

For the belt, chain and other transmission parts of the brush machine, check the tension level once a week. If the belt or chain is too loose, it will lead to a reduction in transmission efficiency, and even slippage; too tight will increase the wear and tear of the components.

Check the wear and tear of transmission parts, such as whether the belt is cracked, whether the links of the chain are worn. According to the degree of wear, timely replacement of transmission components. At the same time, lubricate the connection parts of the transmission parts regularly to extend their service life.

Fourth, the electrical system part

1、Check the line connection

Regularly (every 3 - 4 months) check whether the line connection between the motor, sensor, controller and other electrical equipment is firm. Loose connections may lead to poor contact and electrical failure.

Check the wiring for damage, deterioration, etc. If the wiring is found to be defective, it should be replaced or repaired promptly. For exposed lines, insulating tape or wire pipe can be used for protection.

2. Clean electrical components

Use a clean, dry soft cloth to gently wipe the dust from the surface of electrical components (e.g., controllers, sensors, etc.) every 2 - 3 months. Avoid using a wet cloth to prevent moisture from entering the components, resulting in short-circuit and other faults.

For the heat sinks of the electrical components, make sure they are well ventilated and not blocked by dust and other debris. If the heat sink is blocked, it will affect the heat dissipation of the electrical components, resulting in reduced performance or even damage to the components.

V. Shell and the overall structure of the part

1, clean shell

Regularly (weekly) use a damp cloth to wipe the equipment shell to remove surface stains. If the shell has oil stains, you can use a small amount of detergent for cleaning, and then rinse with water and dry with a dry cloth.

Check the housing for damage, such as cracks, deformation, etc. If the shell is damaged, it may affect the protective performance of the equipment and needs to be repaired or replaced in time.

2, check the installation and fixation of the equipment

Monthly check whether the installation base of the equipment is firm, whether the foot bolts and other fixed parts are loose. If the equipment is not firmly installed, vibration will occur during operation, affecting the normal operation and service life of the equipment.

For the installation of the internal parts of the equipment, such as the motor, brush machine and so on whether there is any looseness, should also be checked. If there is any looseness, tighten the mounting bolts in time.
