What are the common control unit failures and solutions for serial motor motor automatic terminal press?

Serial motor motor automatic terminal press machine common control unit faults and solutions are as follows:

1, electrical control failure

l power supply failure

Failure phenomenon: the machine can not start running or running suddenly stop 13.

Cause analysis:

External power supply input abnormality, such as too low voltage, too high, phase shortage or power failure.

The power supply line is broken, short-circuited or has poor contact, resulting in the current not being transmitted normally.

Damage to the power switch, fuse, relay and other components inside the machine.

Solution:

Use a multimeter to check whether the external power supply voltage is within the rated range, if not, you need to contact the power supply department to solve the problem.

Check the power line to see if the plug, socket, wire, etc. are loose, broken or short-circuited, and repair or replace them in time.

Check the power switch, fuse, relay, etc. inside the machine, if damaged, replace the corresponding parts.

l circuit board failure

Failure phenomenon: the machine appears all kinds of abnormal action, such as continuous beating, not according to the set program operation, part of the function failure, etc.; or the machine does not have any response.

Cause analysis:

Electronic components on the circuit board, such as capacitors, resistors, chips, etc., due to overheating, overvoltage and other reasons for damage.

The circuit board is affected by humidity, dust, static electricity and other factors, resulting in a short circuit or broken circuit.

Long-term use or frequent start and stop, so that the circuit board's solder joints loose, desoldering.

Solution:

Perform an appearance check on the circuit board to see if there are burnt components, discoloration, bulging, etc. If so, replace the damaged components.

Use professional circuit board cleaners and tools to clean the circuit board and remove dust, oil and other impurities.

Check the circuit board solder joints, such as loose, desoldering, make-up welding treatment; for serious damage to the circuit board, need to replace the new circuit board.

2、Program control failure

l program error or loophole

Failure phenomenon: error prompts during machine operation; or unstable quality of the pressed terminals, such as uneven crimping strength, terminal position is inaccurate.

Cause analysis:

Control program in the writing process there are logical errors, grammatical errors or loopholes.

Incompatible program version, conflict with the machine's hardware or other software.

External interference, such as electromagnetic interference, radio frequency interference, etc., resulting in abnormal program operation.

Solution:

Check the code of the control program to find and correct errors and loopholes; if necessary, contact the program developer for repair.

Ensure that the program version is compatible with the machine's hardware and other software, and update the program to a new version in time.

Take electromagnetic shielding measures for the machine, such as installing shielding covers and using shielding wires to reduce external interference.

l Improper parameter setting

Failure phenomenon: the machine runs inefficiently, such as feeding too slow, crimping time is too long, etc.; or poor crimping, terminal damage and other quality problems.

Cause analysis:

The operator inputs wrong values when setting parameters, such as pressure value, speed value, stroke value, etc.

Different types of terminals or wires require different parameter settings, but they are not adjusted in time.

After the machine has been running for a long time, due to wear and tear, aging, etc., the original parameters are no longer applicable.

Solution:

Check the parameter settings carefully to ensure that the values entered are accurate; if in doubt, refer to the equipment manual or consult the manufacturer.

According to the actual terminals and wires used, readjust the parameters and carry out trial production until excellent results are achieved.

Regular maintenance and repair of the machine, according to the operating conditions of the equipment, adjust the parameters at the right time.

3、Sensor and feedback failure

l Sensor failure

Failure phenomenon: the machine is unable to accurately detect the position or status of the terminals and wires; or false alarms, no alarms, etc. 1.

Cause analysis:

The sensor itself is damaged, such as internal circuit short-circuit, disconnection, component aging.

The installation position of the sensor is offset, loose, affecting the detection accuracy.

The detection surface of the sensor is polluted by dust, oil, debris, etc., resulting in inaccurate signals.

Solution:

Use a multimeter and other tools to detect the resistance, voltage and other parameters of the sensor to determine whether the sensor is damaged, if so, replace it in time.

Check the installation position of the sensor, readjust and fix it to ensure firm installation and accurate position.

Clean the detection surface of the sensor, remove dust, oil and other pollutants, keep the detection surface clean.

l Feedback signal abnormality

Failure phenomenon: the action of the machine does not match the setting, such as motor speed instability, crimping strength is not controllable.

Cause analysis:

The feedback line is broken, short-circuited or poorly contacted, resulting in the feedback signal can not be transmitted normally.

The processing circuit of the feedback signal is faulty, unable to properly parse and process the feedback signal.

The communication protocol between the sensor and the control unit is incompatible or faulty.

Solution:

Check the feedback circuit to find and repair the broken, short-circuited or poorly contacted parts.

Check and repair the processing circuit of the feedback signal, and replace the appropriate components if damaged.

Check the communication protocol between the sensor and the control unit to ensure that the protocol is compatible, and check whether the communication interface is normal.
