What spare parts are needed for brushless motor motor automatic rotor dynamic balancing machine and how to set up guarantee stock?

During the operation of brushless motor motor automatic rotor dynamic balancing machine, in order to ensure that the equipment can be repaired in time when there is a failure and reduce the downtime, it is necessary to reserve some spare parts and set up a reasonable guarantee stock. The following is a detailed introduction:

I. Spare parts needed

1、Mechanical

Rotor mounting fixture: rotor mounting fixture in the frequent installation and removal of the rotor process, prone to wear and tear and damage, the reserve of different specifications of the fixture, to ensure that the equipment can be adapted to a variety of rotor balance test.

Transmission Belt: The transmission belt will be slack, aged and broken after long-term use, resulting in unstable power transmission. Different models of dynamic balancing machines may require different specifications of the transmission belt, so prepare the appropriate belt.

Bearings: Bearings are the key components that support the rotation of the rotor, and they will be damaged due to wear and tear, poor lubrication and other reasons after a long time of operation, leading to increased vibration and decreased precision of the equipment. It is necessary to reserve different types of bearings to match with the equipment.

Coupling: The coupling is used to connect the motor and rotor and other components to transfer power. During the operation of the equipment, the coupling may loosen, wear or break due to vibration, impact and other reasons, affecting the normal operation of the equipment.

2、Electrical

Sensor: The sensor is responsible for collecting signals such as vibration and rotational speed of the rotor, which is the key component of dynamic balance measurement. Sensors may be inaccurate due to aging, damage or interference, so stock up on commonly used vibration sensors and speed sensors.

Drive motor: The drive motor provides rotational power for the rotor, and if the motor fails, the equipment will not work normally. Reserve drive motors with the same parameters as the original motor for timely replacement.

Control board: The control board is the control core of the device, responsible for processing the data collected by the sensors, controlling the operation of the motor and so on. The electronic components on the control board may be damaged due to overheating, short circuit, etc. Reserve the control board to quickly restore the control function of the device.

Power supply module: the power supply module provides stable power supply for various parts of the equipment, if the power supply module fails, it may cause the equipment can not start or damage other parts, so you need to reserve the right power supply module.

3、Other consumables

Grease: Regularly adding grease to the bearings and transmission parts of the equipment can reduce friction and wear and prolong the service life of the equipment. Reserve the right amount of grease that meets the requirements of the equipment.

Fuses: Fuses play the role of overload protection in the circuit. When there is a short circuit or overload in the circuit, the fuse will blow to protect the equipment from damage. Reserve fuses of different specifications for timely replacement.

Second, the protection of inventory setting method

1、According to the historical failure data

Collect the failure records of the equipment in the past period of time (e.g., one year or several years) and count the replacement frequency and quantity of each spare part. For example, in the past year, the drive belt replaced 5 times, each time to replace 1, then this data can be based on the initial determination of the drive belt to ensure that the level of inventory.

Analyze the pattern and trend of failures and consider whether there are seasonal and cyclical factors that affect the occurrence of failures. If a certain type of spare parts in a particular season or time period of high replacement frequency, should be appropriate to increase the time period of the guaranteed inventory.

2、Consider the supplier supply cycle

Communicate with the supplier of spare parts to understand their supply cycle. If the supplier's supply cycle is long, for example, it takes 30 days to arrive, then in order to avoid a long period of equipment downtime due to lack of stock, it is necessary to set up a higher protection of inventory.

Evaluate the reliability of the supplier, including the quality of their products, on-time delivery and so on. For the lower reliability of the supplier, should be appropriate to increase the guaranteed inventory, in order to cope with possible supply delays.

3. Combine the importance of the equipment and production plan

If the dynamic balancing machine is a key piece of equipment in the production line, once the shutdown will have a serious impact on the entire production, then it is necessary to set a higher guaranteed inventory to ensure that the equipment can be repaired in a timely manner to reduce the impact on production.

According to the production schedule, predict the frequency of use and running time of the equipment. If the recent heavy production tasks, the equipment needs to run continuously for a long time, then you can appropriately increase the guarantee stock of spare parts.

4, the use of mathematical models

You can use some classic inventory management models, such as economic order quantity model (EOQ), guarantee inventory model. These models take into account the uncertainty of demand, ordering costs, holding costs and other factors, through the calculation of the very best guaranteed inventory level.

For example, the guaranteed inventory formula:, where is the guaranteed inventory, is a coefficient related to the service level (e.g., about 1.65 for a service level of 95%), and is the standard deviation of demand in the lead time. By counting the historical demand data and calculating the standard deviation of the demand during the lead time, combined with the desired service level, the guaranteed stock can be calculated.
