What are the common mechanical failures and solutions for motor motor rotor manual six-station double flying fork winding machine?

1、Flying fork failure


Failure phenomenon: flying fork action is not smooth, stuck or can not accurately reach the intended position.


Possible causes: Flying fork transmission parts are worn or damaged, such as gears, chains, belts, etc.; Flying fork guide rail or slider wear, resulting in flying fork operation shaking or resistance to increase; Flying fork motor failure, such as motor damage, motor and fork connection is loose.

3、Tension mechanism failure


Failure phenomenon: unstable winding tension, sometimes big and sometimes small, resulting in easy breakage of the line or winding is not tight


Possible causes: aging, deformation or damage to the tension spring, unable to provide stable tension; tension adjustment device failure, unable to accurately adjust the size of the tension; tension mechanism of the transmission components wear, affecting the transmission and control of tension.


Solution: Replace the aging or damaged tension spring; overhaul or replace the tension adjusting device to ensure that it can properly adjust the tension; check and replace the worn transmission parts of the tension mechanism.



4, indexing mechanism failure


Failure phenomenon: inaccurate rotor indexing, resulting in winding position offset, affecting the winding quality and motor performance.


Possible causes: wear and tear of gears, cams and other parts of the indexing mechanism, resulting in a decline in indexing accuracy; indexing mechanism of the sensor failure, unable to accurately detect the position and angle of the rotor; indexing mechanism of the control circuit failure, resulting in loss of control of the indexing action.


Solution: Replace the worn parts of the indexing mechanism to restore the indexing accuracy; check and replace the faulty sensor; overhaul the control circuit of the indexing mechanism to ensure that it works properly.



5, ear protection device failure


Failure phenomenon: the ear protection device action is not coordinated, inaccurate position, resulting in the line can not be successfully hung into the hook or blocked by the ear protector

Possible causes: the bearing of the drum is damaged, resulting in increased rotational resistance; the installation position of the drum is not appropriate, and the payoff device does not match; the tension control of the payoff device is not appropriate, resulting in unstable tension of the line; the guiding parts of the payoff device are worn or clogged, affecting the smooth release of the line.


Solution: Replace the damaged wire drum bearing; adjust the installation position of the wire drum to make it work well with the payoff device; re-adjust the tension control of the payoff device to ensure that the tension of the line is stable; clean up or replace the worn or clogged guiding parts of the payoff device.



7、Mechanical vibration and noise abnormalities


Failure phenomenon: abnormal vibration and noise during the operation of the winding machine, affecting the stability and service life of the equipment, but also may interfere with the operator's working environment.


Possible causes: loose fixed screws of the equipment, resulting in equipment shaking and vibration during operation; rotating parts of the imbalance, such as the motor rotor, flying fork and other imbalances, resulting in vibration and noise; wear and tear or damage to mechanical parts, such as bearings, gears, etc., wear, resulting in abnormal friction and noise; lubrication is poor, resulting in increased friction between the mechanical parts, resulting in noise.
