How to maintain the motor motor rotor automatic balancing machine?
The following are the maintenance methods of motor motor rotor automatic balancing machine:
1、Mechanical parts maintenance
Cleaning and lubrication: Regularly clean the guide surface of the balancing machine, support blocks, rollers and other parts, remove iron filings, dust and other impurities, and apply the right amount of lubricant to prevent rust, to ensure that the components move smoothly. Before each work, also need to wipe the rotor journal, and add a small amount of lubricating oil
Check the wear condition: check the wear condition of the support block, roller, belt, coupling and other fragile parts frequently, if serious wear is found, it should be replaced in time to ensure the measurement accuracy and normal operation of the balancing machine.
Adjustment of belt tension: For the balancing machine which adopts belt dragging mode, check and adjust the belt tension every three months or so to prevent the belt from slackening and slipping due to long-term use, which affects the transmission effect and measurement accuracy.
2, electrical measurement box maintenance
Anti-vibration and moisture: the electrical test box is a key component of the balancing machine, should be placed far away from the source of vibration and humid environments, and close the switch of the electrical test box in time after the end of the work, to prevent damage to the internal components due to vibration and moisture.
Regular power preheating: long unused test box should be periodically powered on to preheat for a few hours to disperse internal moisture, to avoid the components from moisture and performance degradation or damage.
Avoid arbitrary operation: do not adjust the knobs and switches on the panel of the electrical test box, so as not to damage the components and lead to measurement errors
3、Sensor maintenance
Check the installation and connection: regularly check whether the sensor is installed tightly, whether the sensor cable connection is normal, whether the wire body is damaged, if any loose or damaged should be repaired or replaced in time.
Clean the sensor: clean the impurities or oil on the sensor in a timely manner to prevent it from affecting the measurement accuracy.
4, photoelectric head maintenance
Keep clean: the photoelectric head of the lens glass should be kept clean, only the use of mirror paper or wipe the mirror cloth to wipe, do not touch the mirror with oil, so as not to affect the acquisition of rotational speed signals and measurement accuracy
Correct installation and adjustment: Make sure the photoelectric head is installed tightly and the distance between the photoelectric head and the reflective mark is adjusted to a suitable position to ensure that the rotor rotates one turn and the photoelectric head only reacts to the mark with a jump.
5、Periodic calibration
Accuracy calibration: The balancing machine should be calibrated at least once a year to ensure the accuracy and reliability of its measurement data and to meet the accuracy requirements for daily use. The calibration process needs to use professional calibration equipment and methods, and be carried out by professional personnel in accordance with the operation manual.
6、Specialized operation and management
Specialized person responsible: Designate a person to be responsible for the operation and management of the balancing machine, the operator should be professionally trained, familiar with the working principle, operation method and maintenance points of the equipment, and use the equipment in strict accordance with the operation regulations.
Record and analysis: After each use of the balancing machine, the operator should record the operation of the equipment, measurement data and other information, so as to analyze and summarize the performance and maintenance requirements of the equipment, and discover potential problems and take corresponding measures in time.
