How to maintain the motor motor rotor automatic meshing machine?
Maintenance of the motor motor rotor automatic mesonizer is essential to ensure its performance, prolong the service life and ensure product quality.
Here are some maintenance points:
First, routine maintenance
1, cleaning work
l body cleaning: after the end of each day's work, use a clean soft cloth to wipe the body of the equipment to remove surface dust, oil and debris. For parts that are difficult to wipe, you can use a small cleaning brush or compressed air to clean. Pay special attention to cleaning the dielectric installation parts, rotor transfer track and sensor surface to avoid impurities affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
l Internal Cleaning (Periodic): At regular intervals (e.g., one week or two weeks), open the equipment shell and clean the interior. Clean the dust on the internal circuit boards to prevent the accumulation of dust leading to short circuits or overheating of electronic components. At the same time, check the internal mechanical structure, such as transmission gears, chains, guide rails and other parts of the foreign matter into.
2、Check the mechanical parts
l Tighten the screws and connectors: Before starting the machine every day, check whether the connectors such as screws, nuts and bolts on the equipment are loose. Focus on checking the tool head for installing meson, rotor fixture, and fixing screws of transmission parts. If there is any looseness, use suitable tools to tighten them in time to ensure the stability of equipment operation.
l Check the lubrication of moving parts: Check the lubrication of the moving parts of the equipment, such as rails, sliders, screws and so on. If the lubrication is found to be insufficient, the appropriate amount of lubricant should be added in a timely manner. It is generally recommended to use the lubricant recommended by the equipment manufacturer to ensure its compatibility with the equipment material and avoid damaging the parts.
l Observe the wear and tear of mechanical parts: In the course of daily operation, pay attention to whether there are abnormal signs of wear and tear of mechanical parts. For example, listen for abnormal noise, which may be a sign of worn gears, loose belts or worn guide rails; observe whether the head of the mounting tool is deformed or damaged, and whether the clamping force of the rotor fixture is normal. If problems are found, record them and arrange for repair or replacement.
Second, regular maintenance
1、Electrical system check
l Check wires and cables: Regularly (monthly or quarterly) check the wires and cables of the equipment for breakage, aging, poor contact and so on. Especially the parts that are often moved or bent, such as the wires connecting the sensors and control units, should be checked. For wires with damage, they should be wrapped with insulating tape or replaced with new wires in time.
l Cleaning and checking the electrical interface: Clean the electrical interface (such as plugs, sockets, terminals, etc.), remove the oxidized layer and dirt to prevent poor contact. At the same time, check whether the interface is loose, if loose, re-plugging and ensure that the connection is firm. For interfaces that have been used for a long time, they can be cleaned with professional electrical contact cleaner.
l Check the sensor performance: Check and calibrate the sensor regularly according to the requirements of the equipment operation manual. For example, use standard test blocks to check the sensing distance and accuracy of photoelectric sensors, and conduct magnetic field strength tests on Hall sensors. If the sensor performance is found to be degraded or inaccurate, adjust or replace it in time.
l Software system update and backup: Periodically (according to the equipment manufacturer's recommendations) check whether there is an updated version of the equipment's control software. If there is an update, after backing up the parameter settings and programs of the equipment, follow the instructions to carry out the software update in order to obtain new functions and fix known software problems. At the same time, regularly back up the equipment's important data and programs to prevent data loss.
2、Depth maintenance of mechanical parts
l Replacement of worn parts: According to the running time and wear and tear of the equipment, replace mechanical parts that are prone to wear and tear on a regular basis. For example, transmission belts, chains, gears and other components should be replaced in a timely manner after reaching a certain service life or serious wear and tear to avoid equipment failure. At the same time, when replacing the parts, make sure that the specifications and quality of the new parts meet the requirements of the equipment.
l Calibrate and adjust the mechanical structure: Regularly calibrate and adjust the mechanical structure of the equipment. For example, check and adjust the accuracy of the rotor positioning mechanism to ensure that the rotor can be accurately placed in the installation position; calibrate the position and pressure of the dielectric installation tool head to ensure the quality and consistency of dielectric installation. Calibration work can be carried out using professional measuring tools and equipment, such as a percentage meter, calipers, etc..
Third, long-term idle maintenance
If the equipment needs to be idle for a long time (such as more than one month), in addition to the above cleaning and maintenance work, but also need to take the following measures:
Antirust treatment: Coat the metal surface of the equipment with a layer of antirust oil, especially for parts that are prone to rust, such as guide rails, screws and so on. At the same time, place desiccant inside the equipment to prevent moisture from causing the equipment to rust and the electronic components to be damaged by moisture.
Power off and protection: Disconnect the equipment completely and unplug it from the power supply. Use a dust cover to cover the equipment to prevent dust from entering. Before re-activating the equipment, carry out all inspections and tests to ensure that the equipment can operate normally.
