What are the common mechanical failures and solutions for motor motor rotor automatic meshing machine?

I. Rotor positioning inaccuracy

l fault phenomenon

Rotor in the automatic meson machine can not accurately stay in the preset position, resulting in meson installation position deviation, affecting motor performance.

Positioning deviation may make the air gap between the rotor and stator is not uniform, resulting in vibration, noise increase when the motor is running, and may even damage the motor.

l Cause analysis

Wear of positioning mechanism: Wear of positioning pins, positioning grooves or positioning fixtures after long time use, resulting in decreased positioning accuracy.

Loose transmission parts: Loose transmission parts such as belts, chains, couplings, etc. connecting the motor and the positioning mechanism, resulting in errors in the positioning action.

Sensor failure: The sensors used to detect the position of the rotor, such as photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, etc., fail, and cannot accurately send out positioning signals.

l Solution

Regularly check and replace the worn positioning parts. If the positioning pin is worn out, replace it with a new one; for the positioning fixture, check whether its clamping force is sufficient and repair or replace it if necessary.

Tighten the connecting screws of the drive components, check the tension of the belt or chain and adjust it appropriately. If the coupling is badly worn, it needs to be replaced with a new one to ensure transmission accuracy.

Clean the surface of the sensor of dust, oil and other pollutants, check whether the installation position of the sensor is correct and whether the signal transmission line is loose. If the sensor is damaged, replace the sensor with the same model in time.

II. Failure of the meson mounting mechanism

l Failure phenomenon

The meson can not be properly installed on the rotor, may not be installed in place, skewed or simply can not be installed.

The installation process may damage the meson or rotor, such as the meson is deformed by the pressure, the rotor shaft surface is scratched.

l Cause analysis

Damage to the installation tools: such as press fitting head, clamps and other installation tools are worn, deformed or damaged, resulting in the inability to properly install the meson.

Mechanical structure jam: the installation mechanism of the guide rail, slider, screw and other moving parts of poor lubrication, into the foreign body or wear, resulting in poor movement, affecting the meson installation.

Power system failure: to provide the installation of power motors, cylinders or hydraulic cylinders and other components failures, can not provide sufficient power or power output is not stable.

l Solution

Check the wear and tear of the mounting tools, and replace the worn or deformed press fitting heads and clamps in time. At the same time, make sure that the size of the mounting tool matches the specifications of the dielectric and rotor.

Clean the moving parts, remove foreign objects and add appropriate amount of lubricant. If the moving parts are badly worn, such as worn guide rail surfaces, damaged slides, etc., they need to be replaced with new ones to ensure the smooth operation of the mounting mechanism.

Check the working condition of the power system. For motor failure, check the motor windings, brushes (if brush motor) and other parts; for cylinder or hydraulic cylinder failure, check whether the pressure of the pneumatic or hydraulic system is normal, whether the seals are damaged, etc., and repair or replace accordingly.

Third, mechanical transmission failure

l Fault phenomenon

Automatic meson machine's overall operating speed is not stable, sometimes fast and sometimes slow, affecting production efficiency and meson installation quality.

Transmission process abnormal noise, such as gear mesh bad noise, belt slippage issued by the sharp sound.

Transmission components appear loose, fall off, may lead to equipment shutdown or accidents.

l Cause analysis

Transmission parts wear: gears, pulleys, sprockets and other transmission parts after long-term use, tooth wear, belt or chain elongation, resulting in changes in the transmission ratio, affecting the stability of speed.

Insufficient lubrication: failure of the lubrication system of the transmission components, such as oil pump damage, oil pipe blockage, low oil level, etc., resulting in increased friction between the components, resulting in abnormal noise and wear.

Improper assembly: the transmission components are not assembled in accordance with the correct installation requirements during the installation process, such as improper gear meshing clearance, uneven belt tension, etc., resulting in transmission failure.

l Solution

Regularly check the wear and tear of the transmission components, and replace the gears and pulleys that are badly worn. If the belt or chain is elongated, it is necessary to adjust the tension or replace the belt or chain with a new one.

Check the lubrication system to ensure that the oil pump works normally, the oil pipe is smooth and the oil level is within the normal range. According to the requirements of the equipment, select the appropriate lubricant and carry out regular lubrication and maintenance.

Re-check the assembly of the transmission parts and adjust the gear meshing clearance, belt tension and other parameters according to the installation instructions of the equipment. In the assembly process, ensure that the components are firmly installed to prevent loosening and falling off.

Fourth, the clamping mechanism failure

l Failure phenomenon

Inability to effectively clamp the rotor, resulting in rotor movement during the meson installation process, affecting the installation accuracy.

Too much clamping force may damage the rotor surface or deform the rotor.

l Cause analysis

Wear of clamping device: The clamping jaws, clamping blocks and other parts of the clamping mechanism are worn, resulting in insufficient or uneven clamping force.

Clamping power system failure: If it is a hydraulic clamping system, it may be the hydraulic pump failure, oil pipe leakage, pressure control valve failure and other reasons leading to abnormal clamping force; if it is a pneumatic clamping system, it may be insufficient pressure of the air source, poor cylinder sealing and other issues.

Control mechanism failure: used to control the clamping force of the sensor, controller and other components failure, can not accurately adjust the clamping force.

l Solution

Check the wear and tear of the clamping device and replace the worn clamping jaws or clamping blocks. At the same time, check whether the opening and closing action of the clamping jaws is flexible, clean and lubricate if necessary.

For hydraulic clamping system, check the working condition of the hydraulic pump, repair the leakage of the oil pipe, and adjust the pressure control valve; for pneumatic clamping system, check the pressure of the air source, and repair or replace the cylinder with bad seal.

Check the sensors and controllers controlling the clamping force, calibrate the signals of the sensors, and check whether the program and parameter settings of the controller are correct. If the sensor or controller is damaged, replace or repair it promptly.
