How to troubleshoot and analyze a motor-manual 3-in-1 servo press?


The following are the methods of analyzing and troubleshooting the common failures of the motor motor manual 3-in-1 servo press:


1, the motor does not work but no abnormal noise, odor and smoke


Power supply problems: check the power circuit switch, fuse, junction box at whether there is a break point, if any, repair; while checking the fuse type, determine the cause of the fuse for a new fuse.


Relay problem: overcurrent relay is set too small, need to adjust the relay setting value, so that it and the motor with.


Wiring problems: check whether the control equipment wiring error, if there is an error, then correct the wiring.


 

2、Running sound is not normal with strange noise


Bearing problem: the bearing is worn out or there is sand and other foreign matter in the oil, it is necessary to replace the bearing or clean the bearing; if the bearing is out of oil, add oil.


Rotor problem: the rotor core is loose, need to repair the rotor core.


Power supply problem: power supply voltage is too high or unbalanced, should check and adjust the power supply voltage.


Problems with the screw: if the screw is out of oil, add special lubricant for the screw; if the screw nut is damaged with residue, replace the screw.

3、Higher vibration in operation


Bearing problem: the bearing clearance is too large due to wear and tear, overhaul the bearing and replace it if necessary.


Air gap problem: the air gap is not uniform, to adjust the air gap to make it uniform.


Rotor problem: rotor imbalance, need to correct the rotor dynamic balance.


Rotor shaft problem: the rotor shaft is bent, to straighten the rotor shaft.


Coupling problems: coupling (pulley) coaxial over low, need to recalibrate, so that it meets the requirements.


 

4, insufficient pressure or pressure fluctuations


Hydraulic system problems: insufficient oil pump oil supply, oil contamination, aging seals, etc. will lead to pressure problems. Should regularly check the hydraulic system, replace the contaminated fluid, repair or replace the aging seals.


Servo control system problems: PID parameters are not adjusted properly, which will lead to unstable pressure control, you need to adjust the PID parameters of the servo control system to optimize the pressure control strategy.


Mechanical components: such as screws, guide rails and other parts of the wear and tear, will affect the accuracy and stability, the need for regular maintenance and repair of mechanical components, timely replacement of worn parts, to ensure mechanical accuracy.


 

5、Excessive noise and vibration


Installation problems: equipment installation is not well fixed, resulting in resonance during operation, the need to strengthen the foundation of the equipment fixed to ensure that the installation is solid.


Bearing problems: servo motor or transmission parts of the bearing wear and tear is serious, should be regularly checked and replace the damaged bearings, to maintain the transmission parts in good condition.


Transmission parts problem: coupling, belt and other transmission parts loose or damaged, need to tighten the transmission parts to prevent loosening, if necessary, replace the damaged parts.
