How to maintain the motor automatic rotor spot welding test machine?

Maintenance of the fully automatic rotor spot welding test machine is essential to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, extend the service life and ensure the accuracy of the test results. Here are some common maintenance measures:

1, daily maintenance

Cleaning equipment: at the end of each day, turn off the power, use a clean soft cloth to wipe the shell of the equipment, the worktable and spot welding head, clear off the surface of the dust, oil and metal shavings and other impurities. For some difficult to remove the stains, you can use a mild detergent to wipe, but be careful to avoid cleaning agent contact with the electrical components of the equipment.

Check the connection of parts: Check whether the connection bolts and nuts between the various parts of the equipment are loose, and whether the wire plugs and sockets are in good contact. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened or plugged in time to prevent failure caused by poor contact.

Lubrication of moving parts: the moving parts of the equipment, such as rails, screws, sliders, etc., regularly apply the appropriate amount of lubricant to reduce friction, to ensure the smoothness of movement. General lubrication at least once a week, the specific frequency can be adjusted according to the frequency of use of equipment and working environment.

2、Regular maintenance

Clean the internal circuit: every 1 - 2 months, open the electrical control cabinet of the equipment, use a hair dryer or vacuum cleaner to clear the dust on the internal circuit boards and electrical components. At the same time, check whether the circuit connection is firm, there is no aging, broken wires, if found should be replaced in time.

Calibrate sensors: Sensors in the equipment, such as pressure sensors, displacement sensors, etc., need to be calibrated regularly to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data. Generally calibrated once a quarter, you can use a professional calibration instrument in accordance with the sensor's instructions for operation.

Check spot welding electrodes: Spot welding electrodes are key components of the equipment, and their wear and tear will affect the quality of spot welding. Weekly check the spot welding electrode wear, if the electrode head is found to be seriously worn, it should be promptly repaired or replaced. At the same time, make sure the contact between the electrode and the electrode holder is good to ensure the conductivity.

Replacement of wearing parts: According to the use of the equipment, regularly replace some wearing parts, such as fuses, relays, seals and so on. These wearing parts may be degraded or damaged after long-term use, timely replacement can be avoided due to damage to the components leading to equipment failure.

3、Long-term maintenance

All inspection: Every year the equipment for a full inspection and maintenance, including mechanical structure, electrical system, control system and other aspects. Check the mechanical parts of the wear and tear, wear and tear of serious parts for replacement or repair; check the insulation of the electrical system, the aging of the insulating material for replacement; control system software upgrade and optimization, in order to improve the performance and stability of the equipment.

Precision adjustment: make all adjustments to the precision of the equipment, including the precision of spot welding position, the precision of pressure control, and the accuracy of test data. Professional testing instruments can be used to test and adjust the equipment to ensure that the various performance indicators of the equipment meet the requirements.

Antirust treatment: For the metal parts of the equipment, especially those exposed to the air for a long time, antirust treatment should be carried out regularly. You can use antirust paint, antirust oil, etc. to coat the parts to prevent rust and corrosion and extend the service life of the equipment.

In addition, equipment maintenance files should be established to record the time, content, maintenance personnel and other information of each maintenance, so as to facilitate the tracking of the maintenance of equipment and the occurrence of failures, and to provide a reference basis for the subsequent maintenance and management of equipment.
