Manual servo press maintenance mainly includes mechanical components, electrical systems, software systems, etc., the following are specific maintenance methods:


First, mechanical parts maintenance


1, clean: Regularly clean up the press body, worktable and slide and other parts of the dust, oil and debris, to prevent it from entering the mechanical transmission components, affecting the performance of the equipment. You can use a clean rag and a special cleaner to wipe, but be careful to avoid cleaner contact with electrical components.


2, lubrication: in accordance with the requirements of the equipment manual, lubricate the lubrication points on a regular basis. In general, the slider guide, screws, nuts and other parts need to be coated with the appropriate amount of lubricant or grease every certain period of time to reduce friction, reduce wear and tear, and ensure smooth mechanical movement.


3, fastening: check whether the bolts and nuts of the connecting parts of the machine body are loose, if they are loose, they should be tightened in time. Especially after the equipment has been running for some time, due to vibration and other reasons, some fasteners may appear loose, if not dealt with in time, may lead to damage to the parts or even affect the stability of the equipment.
