How to maintain the brushless motor motor automatic no-load tester?

Brushless motor motor automatic no-load tester maintenance to ensure its stable performance, prolong the service life is critical, the following are specific maintenance points:

First, hardware maintenance

1, the appearance of clean: regularly use a clean soft damp cloth to wipe the shell of the tester to remove surface dust, oil and stains. For stubborn stains, you can use a mild detergent, but to avoid liquid into the interior of the test machine. Pay special attention to cleaning the vents of the tester to prevent dust accumulation affecting heat dissipation.

2, connecting parts inspection: check the tester's power cord, data cable, sensor connection line and other various cables to ensure that the connection is firm, no loose, broken or aging phenomenon. For pluggable interfaces, regular pluggable operation, clean up the oxidized layer at the interface to ensure good contact. At the same time, check the mechanical connection parts of the tester, such as screws, nuts, etc., to ensure that there is no looseness, such as loosening tighten in a timely manner.

3, sensor maintenance: the tester's various types of sensors, such as current sensors, voltage sensors, speed sensors, etc., to be calibrated and cleaned regularly. In accordance with the sensor's instruction manual, the use of professional calibration equipment for calibration to ensure the accuracy of sensor measurement. When cleaning the sensor, use soft tools to avoid damage to the sensor probe or sensitive parts.

4, motor and transmission parts maintenance: If the tester with a drive motor and transmission device, to regularly check the operation of the motor, listen to whether there is abnormal noise, observe the motor heating. Regularly add the right amount of lubricant to the transmission parts, such as gears, chains, belts, etc., to reduce wear and tear and ensure smooth transmission. At the same time, check the wear and tear of transmission components, such as serious wear and tear timely replacement.

5, circuit boards and electronic components check: regularly open the shell of the tester, check the electronic components on the circuit board to see if there is component damage, capacitance bulging, loose solder joints and other phenomena. Use a multimeter and other tools to check the circuit connections on the circuit board is normal, for the problems found in a timely manner to repair or replace damaged components.

Second, software maintenance

1, system update: timely update the operating system of the test machine, test software and related drivers to repair software vulnerabilities, improve software performance, to ensure the compatibility of software and hardware. Before updating the software, back up important test data and setup parameters to prevent data loss.

2, data management: Regularly clean up useless data and temporary files in the test software to free up disk space and improve software operation speed. At the same time, regular backup of important test data, can be used in the form of external storage devices or network storage to prevent data loss due to hardware failure, software problems or other unforeseen circumstances.

3, software debugging: Regular functional testing and debugging of the test software to check whether the test functions are normal and whether the test results are accurate. If software problems are found, contact the software developer for technical support in time for troubleshooting and repair.

Environment Maintenance

1, temperature and humidity control: the test machine will be placed in the temperature and humidity in a relatively stable environment, the general temperature control at 15 ℃ -35 ℃, humidity control at 40% -60% is appropriate. Air conditioning and other equipment can be used to adjust the environmental temperature and humidity, to avoid excessive changes in temperature and humidity on the test machine hardware and software to cause adverse effects.

2, dust and static electricity: the tester should be placed in a clean, dust-free environment, equipped with a dust cover. At the same time, to do a good job of anti-static measures, such as laying an anti-static floor around the test machine or the use of anti-static mats, the operator to wear anti-static bracelets, etc., to prevent static electricity on the test machine's electronic components caused by damage.

3, power supply stability: to ensure that the power supply used to test the machine is stable, the voltage fluctuations in the rated voltage within ± 10%. Can use a voltage regulator or uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to ensure the stability of the power supply to prevent power fluctuations or sudden power outages on the test machine caused by hardware damage or data loss.
