Motor motor rotor manual six-station double flying fork winding machine how to carry out maintenance?

Motor motor rotor manual six-station double flying fork winding machine maintenance work to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, to extend the service life and ensure product quality is essential. The following are some of the main points of maintenance:

First, routine maintenance

1, cleaning work

l body cleaning: after each use, use a clean soft cloth to wipe the body of the winding machine, wipe off the surface of the dust, oil and debris. Pay special attention to clean the dirt on the key parts such as flying fork, fixture, guide rail, etc. to prevent them from affecting the normal movement of the parts.

l Internal cleaning (regularly): Every once in a while (e.g., one week or two weeks, according to the use of the environment and frequency to determine), open the equipment shell (in the case of ensuring protection), use a small vacuum cleaner or compressed air gun to clean up the internal dust, focusing on cleaning up the circuit boards, motors, sensors, and other electrical components on the dust, to avoid the accumulation of excessive dust caused by the short-circuit or poor heat dissipation and other problems.

2, mechanical parts inspection and lubrication

l Check transmission components: check the tension and wear of the belt, chain, gear and other transmission components. If the belt is slack, the tensioning device should be adjusted in time; for the chain, make sure that it is well lubricated and tightly connected; check whether the teeth of the gear are worn, missing teeth, etc., and if there is any problem, it should be replaced in time.

l Lubrication: Regularly lubricate the moving parts of the equipment (e.g. before starting the machine every day). Use the right amount of lubricant (such as lubricant or grease, selected according to the requirements of the components) to lubricate the guide rail, slider, bearings, screws and other parts, in order to reduce friction and wear to ensure smooth movement of the components. At the same time, care should be taken to avoid lubricant staining the winding, sensors or circuit boards and other parts.

3、Electrical system check

l Connection check: Check whether the electrical connection parts such as power line, signal line, plug and socket of the equipment are firm, and whether there is any sign of looseness, oxidation or breakage. If there is looseness, it should be re-inserted and tightened in time; for oxidized or broken parts, clean or replace them.

l Function test: Before starting the machine, briefly check whether the main functions of the equipment, such as the start and stop of the motor, the action of the flying fork, the signal feedback of the sensor, etc. are normal. If any abnormality is found, it should be recorded and further checked.

Second, regular maintenance

1、Depth maintenance of mechanical parts

l Disassembly inspection (as needed): Every few months or according to the operating conditions of the equipment, disassemble and inspect the key mechanical components (such as flying fork, fixture, indexing mechanism, etc.). Check the wear and tear inside the parts, such as the wear and tear of the rotating shaft of the flying fork, the collet of the fixture, and the cam of the indexing mechanism, etc. The parts with serious wear and tear should be replaced in time.

l Cleaning and replacement of parts: Thoroughly clean the disassembled parts to remove stubborn oil and impurities. In the process of cleaning, carefully check the parts for cracks, deformation and other damages, and replace the seals, springs and other vulnerable parts to ensure the performance of the parts.

l Re-assembly and debugging: After replacing or cleaning the parts, carefully re-assemble the parts according to the assembly diagram and operating procedures of the equipment. After the assembly is completed, debugging is carried out to check whether the movement accuracy and coordination of the parts are back to normal.

2、Electrical system maintenance

l Circuit board inspection and cleaning: Check the circuit board regularly (e.g. monthly). Use professional electronic equipment cleaners and soft brushes to gently clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the circuit board, and at the same time check whether the components on the circuit board are bulging, discoloration, loose solder joints and other abnormalities. If components are found to be damaged, they should be replaced in time.

l Sensor calibration and maintenance: Calibrate the various sensors on the equipment (such as position sensors, tension sensors, counting sensors, etc.). According to the instructions of the equipment, use standard calibration tools and methods to ensure that the measurement accuracy and signal feedback of the sensor is accurate. At the same time, check whether the installation position of the sensors is correct, and adjust them in time if there is any deviation.

l Motor Maintenance: Regularly check the appearance of the motor to see if there is any overheating discoloration and oil oozing out. Measure the insulation resistance of the motor to ensure that it has good insulation performance. Clean and lubricate the bearings of the motor, and replace worn-out bearings. In addition, check whether the cooling fan of the motor operates normally, and repair or replace it in time if it is faulty.

3、Software system maintenance

l Data backup and update: Regularly backup the important data in the control software of the winding machine, such as winding parameter settings, program files and so on. At the same time, pay attention to the software update information released by the equipment manufacturer, download and install software updates in time to repair software vulnerabilities, add new features or improve system stability.

l Parameter checking and optimization: Every once in a while, check and optimize the parameters in the software of the winding machine (e.g. winding speed, tension control parameter, number of turns setting, etc.). According to the actual winding situation and product quality requirements, adjust the parameters to ensure the winding quality and efficiency.

Third, long-term idle maintenance

1. Antirust treatment: If the winding machine will be idle for a long time (more than one month), the metal parts of the equipment should be treated with antirust treatment. You can use antirust oil or antirust paint to coat or spray the parts that are easy to rust (such as guide rails, screws, clamps, etc.) to prevent rust.

2. Regular start-up operation: Even if the equipment is idle for a long time, it should be started up and run every once in a while (e.g. one month) to let the various parts of the equipment run for a period of time in order to prevent the aging of the parts, jamming and other problems caused by a long period of time of static. At the same time, in the boot running process, you can check whether the equipment can start and run normally, timely detection and resolution of potential problems.

3. Storage environment maintenance: the winding machine will be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment, to avoid equipment moisture, mold or corrosive gas erosion. If the storage environment humidity is large, you can use desiccant or dehumidification equipment to control humidity.
