1、Operating interface abnormality


Interface lag: the operating interface response is slow, after clicking the button, the function execution is delayed, which seriously affects the operating experience and productivity. This is usually due to the low hardware configuration of the device, unable to meet the software operation requirements. The memory of the all-in-one machine is too small to run multiple background programs at the same time, resulting in a lack of system resources available to the software; the graphics processing chip performance is insufficient, making it difficult to quickly render complex operating interface elements. In addition, the software itself has a memory leakage problem, with the use of time increases, the unreleased memory continues to accumulate, resulting in the system running more and more slowly.


Solution: Close other unnecessary background programs to release memory resources. If the hardware configuration is really too low, consider upgrading the memory or replacing the graphics chip with a better one. Solution: Professional algorithm engineers optimize the visual recognition algorithm and adjust the feature extraction and matching parameters according to the material, shape and surface characteristics of the rotor. At the same time, stabilize the light source system to ensure constant light conditions, clean the camera lens regularly, and replace the lens in time if it is badly worn.


Slow recognition speed: the vision system takes too long to process the image and complete the recognition, resulting in a reduction in the overall processing efficiency of the equipment. On the one hand, it may be that the amount of image data collected by the camera is too large, and the computing power of the vision recognition software is limited, and the processing speed can not keep up; on the other hand, the algorithm complexity is high, and it is difficult to quickly complete the calculation on the existing hardware platform. Solution: Adjust the camera resolution, frame rate and other parameters to reduce the amount of image data under the premise of ensuring recognition accuracy. Optimize the visual recognition algorithm, simplify the operation process, and adopt a better algorithm model. Check the data transmission interface and line between the software and hardware to ensure the transmission rate, and upgrade the transmission hardware if necessary, such as replacing the high-speed data line or optimizing the interface driver.


 


Control software failure


Control instruction error: the action performed by the equipment does not match the control instruction set by the operator in the software, for example, the turning speed is set to A, but the actual running speed of the equipment is B, which seriously affects the processing quality. This may be the control software in the command analysis module logic error, can not correctly interpret the user input instructions; parameter storage module failure, resulting in the set parameters in the process of saving or reading errors; software by the external electromagnetic interference, so that the command data in the transmission or processing deviation.


Solution: Software engineers debug all the instruction parsing and parameter storage modules of the control software and repair the logic errors. Check the electromagnetic shielding measures of the equipment to ensure that the control software is not subject to external interference, such as increasing the shielding cover and optimizing grounding. At the same time, establish the instruction checking mechanism, and make secondary confirmation of key parameters before instruction execution to avoid wrong execution.


Interruption of communication between software and hardware: The control software cannot communicate normally with the hardware actuators of the equipment (such as motors, drives, etc.), which causes the equipment to stop working. It may be that the communication interface is damaged, such as USB, serial port and other interfaces due to frequent plugging and unplugging or electrostatic breakdown and failure; communication protocol mismatch, software upgrades have not been synchronized with the hardware communication protocol update; communication line there is a broken circuit, short-circuit and other physical failures.


Solution: Check whether there are signs of damage to the appearance of the communication interface, use professional tools to test the electrical performance of the interface, and replace the interface hardware if it is damaged.
