What spare parts are needed for brushless motor motor automatic stator-in-case machine and how to set up guarantee stock?

Brushless motor motor automatic stator into the machine shell machine in long-term operation, some parts will be worn, aging and so on, stocking the necessary spare parts can reduce equipment downtime, to protect the production continuity. The following for you to introduce the required spare parts and safeguard the inventory setup method:

I. Required spare parts

1、Machinery

Transmission parts: such as belts, chains, synchronous belts, etc., these parts will wear, elongation or fracture after a long time of use, affecting the transmission accuracy and stability of the equipment. Different specifications and models of equipment used in the transmission components vary, should be stocked according to the specific requirements of the equipment.

Guide rail slider: During the operation of the equipment, the guide rail slider will constantly carry out linear movement, which is prone to wear and tear. Once the wear is serious, it will lead to a decrease in the movement precision of the equipment and affect the quality of the stator into the shell.

Bearings: Various types of bearings are widely used in the rotating parts of the equipment, such as motor shafts, screws and other parts. Long time running will make the bearings wear out, even the phenomenon of seizing, so we need to reserve a certain number of bearings of different specifications.

Fixture and mold: The fixture is used to fix the stator and the housing, while the mold directly affects the size and precision of the stator into the housing. During the production process, jigs and molds are subject to wear and impact and need to be replaced regularly. Corresponding jigs and molds should be stocked according to the types and specifications of the products to be produced.

2、Electrical

Motor: Brushless motor is the power source of the equipment and may fail due to overloading and overheating. Stocking a motor of the same type can reduce downtime by replacing the motor in time when it has problems.

Sensors: A variety of sensors are used in the equipment, such as position sensors, pressure sensors, photoelectric sensors, etc., for detecting the position, pressure and other parameters of the stator and housing. Once the sensors are damaged, it will lead to a decrease in the control accuracy of the equipment or unable to operate normally, and it is necessary to reserve a certain number of commonly used sensors.

Controllers and drives: Controllers and drives are the core components of the electrical control system of the equipment, responsible for controlling the operation of the motor and the action of the equipment. Although the probability of failure of such components is relatively low, but once damaged, maintenance is more difficult, so it is recommended to reserve a small number of commonly used models of controllers and drives.

Relays and Contactors: Relays and contactors are used to control the on-off of circuits and are widely used in the electrical systems of equipment. Because of their frequent action, prone to contact erosion, coil damage and other faults, the need to reserve a certain number of commonly used specifications of relays and contactors.

3、Pneumatic class (if the equipment has a pneumatic system)

Cylinder: Cylinder is an executive element in the pneumatic system, used to realize the linear motion of the equipment. After a long time of use, the cylinder seals will wear out, resulting in cylinder leakage or poor movement, need to reserve different specifications of the cylinder.

Solenoid valves: Solenoid valves are used to control the action of the cylinder, frequent on and off will make the solenoid valve spool and coil failure. Reserve a certain number of commonly used solenoid valves can be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic system.

Second, to protect the inventory setup method

1, based on historical data

Analyze the use of spare parts in the past period of time (such as 1 - 2 years), statistics on the frequency and number of replacement. Based on these historical data, predict the demand for spare parts in the coming period. For example, if a certain type of belt is replaced 3 times a year on average, each time the replacement of 2 pieces, then the annual guaranteed inventory of the belt can be set to 6 - 8 pieces.

2、Consider the procurement cycle

Understand the procurement cycle of each spare part, that is, from the order to receive the goods required time. For spare parts with a long procurement cycle, the guaranteed stock should be increased appropriately to ensure timely replenishment when needed. For example, the procurement cycle of some imported sensors may be as long as 2 - 3 months, then the guaranteed stock can be set to meet the amount of 3 - 4 months of use.

3, assess the importance of equipment

The importance of the various components of the equipment to assess the importance of determining which parts are critical components, once damaged will lead to equipment downtime for a long time. For critical components, a higher guaranteed inventory should be set. For example, motors and controllers are critical components, the guaranteed inventory can be set to meet the number of 2 - 3 months of use; and for some non-critical components, such as relays and contactors, you can appropriately reduce the guaranteed inventory.

4, combined with cost factors

When setting the guaranteed stock, you need to consider the cost of spare parts. For higher-cost spare parts, should be under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the equipment, as far as possible to reduce the guaranteed inventory, in order to reduce the occupation of inventory funds. For example, the higher cost of controllers and drives can be based on the operating conditions and maintenance experience of the equipment, to reasonably determine the number of its guaranteed inventory.

5、Dynamic adjustment

Regular evaluation and adjustment of the guaranteed inventory, according to the actual operation of the equipment, changes in production plans and the market supply of spare parts and other factors, timely adjustment of the number of guaranteed inventory. For example, if equipment is upgraded, the frequency of use of certain spare parts may change, and the guaranteed inventory needs to be adjusted accordingly.
