What spare parts are needed for brushless motor motor automatic press-fit end-capping machine and how to set up the guarantee stock?


 


Brushless motor motor automatic press-fitting end-capping machine spare parts can usually be divided into mechanical, electrical and so on, the following are the specific types of spare parts and how to set up the protection of inventory:


I. Common spare parts


1、Mechanical


Press-fitting head: a key component in the press-fitting process, directly in contact with the end cap and motor, easily damaged due to wear and tear, deformation and other reasons, need to prepare 2-3 different specifications of the press-fitting head as a spare part.


Molds: including end cover positioning molds, clamping molds, etc., long-term use of wear, cracks, etc., affecting the accuracy of press fitting, generally need to reserve 1-2 sets of commonly used molds.


Guide rail slider: When the equipment is running, the guide rail slider is subject to movement and pressure, which is prone to wear and jamming, etc. It is recommended to reserve 2-3 sets of different models of guide rail slider.


Belt and chain: Belt and chain may be stretched and broken in the process of transmission, according to the specifications of the belt and chain used in the equipment, 1-2 each should be prepared.


Bearing: all kinds of bearings are widely used in the motor and transmission parts of the equipment, which are easily damaged due to fatigue and poor lubrication, so it is necessary to prepare a variety of specifications of bearings, 2-3 of each kind.


 


2、Electrical


Motors: including brushless motors and other auxiliary motors, motors may be short-circuited windings, bearing damage and other faults, generally prepared 1-2 sets of commonly used power motors.


Sensors: such as position sensors, pressure sensors, etc., used to detect the operating status and parameters of the equipment, may be due to aging, interference and other failures, each sensor needs to prepare 1-2.


Controllers: such as PLC controllers, drives, etc., is the core component of equipment control, may fail, need to prepare 1-2 as spare parts.


Relay and contactor: frequent action in the electrical control circuit, contacts are prone to corrosion, need to prepare different specifications of the relay and contactor 3-5 each.


Wires and cables: some wires and cables may be worn out, aging, etc., resulting in degradation of insulation or disconnection, according to the specifications of the wires and cables used in the equipment, a certain length of spare cable should be prepared.

Second, to protect the inventory setup method


1、Based on historical data: analyze the past operation records of the equipment and count the replacement frequency and quantity of each spare part. For parts that are frequently replaced, such as press-fit head, sensors, etc., a higher guaranteed inventory can be set based on the average replacement over the past six months or a year, such as an average of 2 press-fit head replacement per month, the guaranteed inventory can be set to 6-8. For components with lower replacement frequency, such as controllers, the guaranteed stock can be set at 1-2 pieces according to the replacement situation in the past 2-3 years.


2, consider the supply cycle: for longer procurement cycle of spare parts, such as imported bearings of special specifications, customized molds, etc., according to the supply cycle to appropriately increase the guaranteed inventory. If the procurement cycle of an imported bearing is 3 months, the guaranteed stock can be set to meet the usage of 3-6 months.


3, combined with the production plan: according to the future production tasks and equipment use plan, predict the demand for spare parts. If there are large-scale production orders in the future, the frequency of equipment use will increase, and the guaranteed stock of spare parts should be increased accordingly.


4, risk assessment: the risk factors that may affect the operation of the equipment to assess, such as the degree of aging of the equipment, the degree of harsh production environment. For the aging of serious equipment, you can appropriately increase the protection of key spare parts inventory; in high temperature, humidity and other harsh environments such as the operation of the equipment, the protection of electrical spare parts inventory can be increased appropriately.


5, cost factors: comprehensive consideration of the procurement cost of spare parts, storage costs and stock-out costs. For spare parts with high procurement cost and high storage cost, such as controllers, the guaranteed stock should not be too high; for parts with high stock-out cost, such as press-fit head, once the stock-out will lead to production line stoppage, a certain guaranteed stock should be ensured.


The actual types of spare parts and the number of guaranteed stock should be adjusted and determined according to the specific model of the equipment, the frequency of use, the production environment and other factors, and at the same time, the inventory of spare parts should be regularly inventoried and updated to ensure that it is in a good state of readiness.
