1, control panel failure
Fault phenomenon:

Solution:
For the case of unresponsive buttons, first check whether the connection cable of the control panel is loose. If it is loose, re-plug and unplug the connecting cable to make sure it is firmly connected. If the connection cable is normal, the conductive rubber or microswitch under the keypad may be damaged. You can try cleaning the contact points of the conductive rubber and microswitch to remove any oil or dust that may be present. Solution:
For program operation errors, first try to perform a software reset on the controller, this will clear up some temporary program errors. If the problem persists after the reset, the program memory chip may be faulty or the program may have been incorrectly modified. It is necessary to rewrite or update the program using professional programming equipment to ensure the correctness of the program. At the same time, check whether the input signals of the controller are normal or not, because wrong input signals may cause the program to be executed incorrectly. When the controller crashes, first try to power off and restart. 3、Relay failure
Failure phenomenon:
The relay does not engage. This will lead to some of the functions of the oven machine can not start, such as heating elements can not be energized heating or fan can not run.
Relay sticking. The relay can not be properly disconnected after suction, which will make the corresponding parts of the equipment has been in the working state, such as heating elements have been heating, may damage the food or cause accidents.
Solution:
For the case that the relay does not absorb, first check whether there is voltage in the control coil of the relay. If there is no voltage, you need to check the control wiring for any breaks or shorts. If there is voltage to the control coil but the relay does not engage, there may be a mechanical part inside the relay that is stuck or a damaged coil. Try gently tapping the relay housing to see if you can get it to engage. If it still does not work, the relay needs to be replaced.
When a relay sticks, cut off power to the oven machine immediately to avoid an accident. Then check to see if the contacts of the relay are sintered together due to arcing, for example.
