How to maintain the DC motor motor fully automatic rear end dielectric assembly machine?


The following are the methods of maintenance for DC motor motor automatic rear end meson assembly machine:


1、Routine maintenance


l Cleaning


Appearance cleaning: every day at the end of the use of equipment, use a clean soft cloth to wipe the shell of the equipment, clear off the surface of the dust, oil and other debris. For stains that are difficult to wipe, a small amount of cleaner can be used, but avoid the cleaner from entering the inside of the equipment.


Internal Cleaning: Periodically (e.g. once a week) open the equipment's protective cover and use a compressed air spray gun to remove dust from the internal circuit boards, motors, transmission parts, sensors, etc. Take care that the pressure of the spray gun is not too high to avoid damage to precision parts.

l Inspection


Mechanical parts inspection: Check the tension of transmission belt and chain to make sure they are not loose or excessively worn. Check the meshing of gears, worm gears and other transmission parts for wear, missing teeth or abnormal noise. Check the clamping force and positioning accuracy of the fixture and make appropriate adjustments if necessary.


Inspection of electrical parts: Check whether the wiring of the motor is firm, and whether there is any sign of breakage or burning. Check whether the connections of relays, contactors, fuses and other electrical components in the electrical control cabinet are loose and work properly. Check whether the installation position of the sensor is correct, whether the surface is clean and whether the signal transmission is normal.


Inspection of connection parts: Check whether the connection screws, nuts and other fasteners between the various parts of the equipment are loose, and if they are loose, they should be tightened in time. Pay special attention to the connection of the key parts such as the mechanical arm and the working table.


 

2、Regular maintenance


l Monthly maintenance


Mechanical system maintenance: lubricate the transmission parts, such as adding appropriate amount of grease to gears, shafts and bearings. Check the movement precision of the mechanical arm, use professional tools to calibrate the zero position and movement track of the mechanical arm. Check the flatness of the working platform, if there is any deviation, correct it by adjusting the supporting feet or shims.


Maintenance of electrical system: Clean the circuit board in the electrical control cabinet, use electronic cleaner and soft brush to clear off dust and impurities. Check the wear and tear of the brushes of the motor, and replace them in time if they are badly worn. Tighten and clean the connection points of electrical components to prevent poor contact.


Software system maintenance: backup the control software and parameter settings of the equipment to prevent data loss. Check the running log of the software to see if there is any abnormal error or warning message, and deal with the software problems in time or contact the software supplier for support.


 

l Quarterly Maintenance


Replacement of mechanical parts: According to the wear and tear of transmission parts, such as the wear of belts and chains exceeding the specified limits, or gears showing serious wear, replace these parts in time. Check and replace worn fixture parts, such as collets, locating pins, etc., to ensure the assembly accuracy of the meson.


Maintenance of electrical components: Perform all inspections of the motor, including insulation resistance measurements of the motor windings, no-load and load tests of the motor, and so on. Check the accuracy of sensors and calibrate them using standard gauges or test equipment. Replace electrical components in a timely manner if they are found to be deteriorating in performance or showing signs of failure.


Calibration and debugging: Carry out all the calibration work for the whole assembly machine, including the precision calibration of mechanical components, the parameter calibration of the electrical system and the functional debugging of the software system. Ensure the coordination and accuracy between each part of the equipment, so that the equipment can run normally and stably.


 

l Annual maintenance


Full overhaul: carry out full dismantling and inspection of the equipment, including dismantling, cleaning, checking and repairing or replacing the mechanical parts. Carry out in-depth inspection of the electrical system, including testing of circuit boards, replacement of electrical components and updating of wires and cables. Updating and upgrading of the software system to optimize control logic and algorithms and improve equipment performance.


Performance test: After the equipment is reassembled, conduct all the performance tests, including meson assembly accuracy test, assembly speed test, and equipment stability test. By simulating the actual production environment and working conditions, the equipment for a long time running test, to ensure that the equipment can meet the production requirements.


 

3、Special circumstances maintenance


Maintenance after failure: When the equipment fails, it should stop running immediately and diagnose and repair the failure. After the fault is repaired, all the equipment is checked and tested to ensure that the fault has been completely eliminated and there is no damage to other parts.


Maintenance of environmental changes: If the environment in which the equipment is used changes, such as large fluctuations in temperature and humidity, or more dust, corrosive gases, etc., corresponding measures should be taken. For example, in the humid environment, increase the dehumidification equipment; in the dusty environment, strengthen the cleaning frequency and protective measures; in the environment of corrosive gases, anticorrosive treatment of equipment.
