1, transmission parts failure


Failure phenomenon: transmission belt or chain loose, wear and tear, fracture, resulting in poor power transmission, affecting the normal operation of the assembly machine; gear wear, lack of teeth, poor meshing, resulting in noise, vibration, and even lead to damage to the components.


Solution: Regularly check the tension of the transmission belt or chain, if found loose adjust the tensioning device in time; for serious wear or broken belt, chain, replace it in time; check the wear of gears, for serious wear of gears, replace the gear with a new one; adjust the gear meshing gap and position to ensure good meshing.

2、Bearing failure

3、Failure of fixture


Failure phenomenon: fixture wear, deformation, resulting in carbon brushes or cover plate is not firmly fixed, displacement, loosening in the assembly process, affecting the quality of assembly; clamping force of the fixture is insufficient or excessive, which may lead to damage or assembly of the components are not tight.


Solution: Regularly check the wear and tear of the fixture, for serious wear or deformation of the fixture, timely replacement or repair; adjust the clamping force of the fixture to ensure that the clamping force is moderate; check the positioning accuracy of the fixture, if any deviation, adjust the position of the fixture in a timely manner to ensure that the positioning is accurate.


 


4、Cylinder failure


Failure phenomenon: cylinder leakage, piston jamming, piston rod deformation, etc., resulting in the cylinder can not work properly, affecting the automation of the assembly machine operation.


Solution: check the cylinder seals, if damaged, replace them in time; clean the inside of the cylinder, remove impurities and oil to prevent the piston from jamming; check the straightness of the piston rod, if deformed, correct it or replace it in time; carry out regular maintenance and repair of the cylinder to ensure its normal operation.




5、Mechanical arm failure


Failure phenomenon: inflexible movement of the mechanical arm, precision degradation, loose joints, etc., resulting in the inability to accurately grasp and place the carbon brushes or cover, affecting the assembly efficiency and quality.


Solution: Check the joint parts of the mechanical arm, tighten them in time if they are loose; clean and lubricate the moving parts of the mechanical arm to reduce friction; calibrate the precision of the mechanical arm to ensure its movement accuracy; check the control system of the mechanical arm, repair or replace it in time if it is faulty.


 


6、Failure of body structure


Failure phenomenon: the body structure is deformed and loose, resulting in a decline in the overall stability of the assembly machine, affecting the assembly accuracy and service life of the equipment.


Solution: Check the connecting parts of the body structure and tighten them in time if they are loosened; inspect and maintain the body structure and find and repair the deformed parts in time; during the installation and use of the equipment, make sure that the equipment is installed on a smooth and solid foundation to avoid deformation of the body structure due to external force.
