First, mechanical parts maintenance


1, transmission components


Belt and chain: Check the tension of the belt regularly, generally once every [X] weeks. If the belt is too loose, it will lead to lower power transmission efficiency or even slip; too tight will increase the motor load and belt wear. For the chain, pay attention to lubrication, add special chain lubricant every [X] months, and check the chain links for looseness, wear or breakage.

2, bearing

1、Motor

2、Sensors


Photoelectric sensor: Clean the lens and optical path of the sensor regularly to avoid dust, oil, etc. blocking the optical path and affecting the detection effect. At the same time, check whether the output signal of the sensor is normal or not, you can use an oscilloscope or multimeter to test.
