How to troubleshoot and analyze the DC motor motor automatic oven machine?
1、Temperature related faults
l temperature is too high
Phenomenon: During the process of dispensing and baking, the temperature inside the oven exceeds the set value, which may lead to scorching of glue, deformation of the machine case and other problems.
Possible causes and troubleshooting methods:
Temperature sensor failure: Check whether the temperature sensor is damaged or loosely connected. If the sensor is damaged, it needs to be replaced; if the connection is loose, re-insert or tighten the connector and then calibrate the sensor.
Heating element out of control: There may be a problem with the control circuit of the heating element, such as a relay sticking. Check the working status of the relay, if sticking then need to replace the relay. At the same time, check whether the output signal of the controller is normal, if abnormal, it may be a controller software failure or hardware damage, the need for software reset or repair of the controller.
l temperature is too low
Failure phenomenon: the temperature does not reach the set value, dispensing can not be fully baked dry.
Possible causes and elimination methods:
Heating element damage: use a multimeter to check the resistance value of the heating element, if the resistance is infinite, it means that the heating element is broken, need to replace the heating element.
Power supply problems: check whether the power supply voltage of the oven machine is normal. If the voltage is too low, check whether there is poor contact or voltage drop in the power supply line, repair or adjust the power supply line.
Temperature setting error: confirm whether the temperature setting value is correct, there may be staff operating errors resulting in the temperature setting is too low, reset the correct temperature.
2、Motor related faults
l Motor does not rotate
Failure phenomenon: the DC motor of the oven machine can not be started, resulting in the inability to carry out normal dispensing baking and drying operations.
Possible causes and troubleshooting methods:
Power supply failure: Check the power supply line of the motor, including plug, socket, switch and fuse. If the fuse is blown, replace the fuse with the same specification; if the plug is loose or the socket is damaged, re-insert the plug or replace the socket.
Internal motor faults: such as worn brushes (for brushed motors), short-circuited or broken windings. Check the length of the brushes, and replace the brushes if they are badly worn; for winding faults, use a multimeter to check the winding resistance, if the resistance is abnormal, the motor needs to be repaired or replaced.
Excessive load: check whether the motor drive components are jammed, such as belt tightness, gear meshing too tight or the case in the oven improperly placed to cause excessive motor load. Adjust the belt tightness, check the gear mesh, ensure that the shell is placed correctly, so that the motor load back to normal.
l Abnormal motor vibration or excessive noise
Failure phenomenon: abnormal vibration or large noise generated during the operation of the motor, affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
Possible causes and elimination methods:
Motor installation problem: Check whether the mounting screws of the motor are loose or whether the mounting position is offset. Tighten the screws, adjust the position of the motor to ensure that the motor is firmly installed and coaxiality is good.
Bearing failure: Worn or poorly lubricated motor bearings can cause vibration and noise. Check the lubrication of the bearings, if the grease is insufficient, add the right amount of grease; if the bearings are badly worn, the bearings need to be replaced.
Transmission component problems: If it is a belt or chain drive, check if the belt or chain is worn, slack or uneven. Replace the worn belt or chain, adjust the tension to make it appropriate; for gear transmission, check whether the gear is worn or poor meshing, if there is a problem to replace or adjust.
3, dispensing baking dry effect is not good failure
Failure phenomenon: dispensing glue in the oven after baking, there is still sticky or uneven drying.
Possible causes and methods of elimination:
Uneven temperature distribution: Check whether the heating element in the oven is partially damaged or positional offset, resulting in uneven temperature field. Repair or adjust the heating element so that the temperature distribution inside the oven is even. Also, check if the ventilation system of the oven is normal. Poor ventilation may also affect the temperature distribution, clean the vents to ensure good ventilation.
Insufficient time setting: Make sure the baking time setting is sufficient, and extend the baking time appropriately according to the type of glue and the size of the enclosure.
Improper placement of the casing: check the casing in the oven placed in a way to ensure that there is enough spacing between the casing, to avoid blocking each other, affecting the drying effect of the dispensing glue.
4、Oven door and sealing related failures
Oven door can not be closed or sealing is not tight
Failure phenomenon: the oven door of the oven machine can not be closed properly, or closed there is a gap, resulting in heat loss, affecting the baking and drying effect and there may be hidden dangers.
Possible causes and elimination methods:
Oven door deformation: Check whether the door is deformed by external impact. If deformed, the door needs to be repaired or replaced.
Damaged sealing tape: Check whether the sealing tape is aging, broken or falling off. If so, replace the sealing strip with a new one and make sure it is installed correctly and fits tightly on the door and oven body.
Door Shaft or Latch Failure: Check for a jammed door shaft and a damaged latch. For door shaft jamming, you can clean and lubricate; if the door lock is damaged, you need to replace the door lock.
5、Control system failure
l control panel does not respond
Fault phenomenon: when operating the control panel of the oven machine, the keys do not respond, can not set the parameters or start the device.
Possible causes and methods of elimination:
Power problem: Check the power supply of the control panel, including whether the connection line is loose, whether the power module is working properly. Reconnect the loose wires and replace the power module if it is faulty.
Damaged keys: Individual keys may be damaged due to frequent use. Check if the microswitch or conductive rubber underneath the keys is damaged and replace the damaged parts.
Controller Failure: If the power supply and keys are normal, the controller may be faulty. Try a software reset or software update of the controller. If the problem persists, the controller may need to be repaired or replaced.
l Program Run Error
Failure phenomenon: Oven machine running program confusion, such as temperature and time control program does not run according to the settings.
Possible causes and troubleshooting methods:
Software failure: there may be a program error or interference. Perform a software reset on the controller, and if there is an available software update, update it in time to fix the software bugs.
External interference: check whether there is a strong source of electromagnetic interference around the equipment, such as large motors, high-frequency equipment. Keep the oven away from the source of interference, or take shielding measures, such as the use of shielded wire to connect the key components of the equipment.
