How to maintain the DC motor motor automatic case baking machine?
The following is the DC motor motor automatic case baking oven machine (for dispensing baking dry) maintenance methods:
1, daily cleaning
External cleaning: after each use, promptly cut off the power supply, to be cooled down oven machine, wipe the shell with a clean, soft, wet cloth to remove the surface of the dust, oil and dispensing residues and other stains, avoid the use of detergents containing corrosive chemicals to prevent damage to the shell. For the vents and cooling holes, focus on cleaning, available small soft brushes or compressed air canisters to clear off the dust, to ensure good ventilation, to prevent poor heat dissipation due to the impact of equipment performance.
Internal Cleaning: Clean the inside of the oven machine on a regular basis (e.g. weekly or bi-weekly). Open the oven door and use a damp cloth to carefully wipe the internal chamber, baking trays, grill racks and other parts in contact with the dispenser to ensure that there is no dispensing residue or other debris. At the same time, check the internal heating elements, temperature sensors and other parts of the surface is clean, if there is dirt, need to be carefully wiped clean to ensure its normal working efficiency .
2、Maintenance of DC motor
Appearance check: at least once a month, check the appearance of the motor shell to see if there is dust accumulation, oil pollution or other debris attached, if you need to use a clean cloth to wipe clean. At the same time, check the motor shell has no cracks, deformation, rust or corrosion and other signs of damage, as well as whether the installation screws are tight, if there is loose should be tightened in time.
Brush inspection: If the motor is a brush motor, the wear and tear of the brushes should be checked once every 3-6 months. It can be judged by observing the length of brushes or checking whether there are abnormal sparks when the motor is running. When the brushes are worn to the specified limit, they should be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the motor.
Lubrication maintenance: According to the frequency of use and working environment of the motor, add appropriate amount of grease for the motor bearings every 3-6 months. Before adding, clean the bearing parts, remove the old grease and impurities, and then evenly apply new grease, taking care not to overdo it, so as not to contaminate the motor with overflowing grease.
3、Maintenance of heating element
Check the heating uniformity: Regularly check the heating uniformity inside the oven machine, you can place temperature sensors in different locations and observe the temperature changes at various points during the heating process. If you find an area of uneven heating, may be damaged heating element or positional displacement, need to promptly check and adjust the heating element connection, fixed situation, if necessary, replace the damaged heating element.
Clean the heating element: every 1-2 months to clean up the heating element surface dust and impurities, can be cooled in the power-off, gently wipe with a soft brush or a clean damp cloth, but be careful to avoid too much force to avoid damage to the heating element.
4、Temperature control system maintenance
Sensor calibration: every 3-6 months on the temperature sensor calibration, you can use a standard thermometer and the oven machine internal sensor comparison, if there is a deviation, in accordance with the equipment instructions for the method of adjustment. At the same time, check whether the sensor connection line is firm, there is no damage, aging and other issues to ensure that the signal transmission is normal.
Controller check: Regularly check the settings of the temperature controller to ensure that the temperature setting value, heating speed, holding time and other parameters are in line with the process requirements of the dispensing baking and drying. If there is a software update prompt, it should be timely updated in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations to repair possible software vulnerabilities and improve control accuracy.
5、Drive system maintenance
Belt or chain check: For the oven machine with transmission components, such as belt drive or chain drive, monthly check the status of the belt or chain. Check whether the belt is worn, slack phenomenon, such as slack can be adjusted to tighten the pulley spacing; for the chain, check whether there is loose, wear, rust, regularly add the right amount of lubricant, and check the chain and sprocket meshing.
Gear inspection: If there is gear transmission, need to check the wear of gears, observe whether the tooth surface is worn, cracked or peeled, regularly clean up the oil and impurities on the gear surface to ensure that the gears mesh well.
6、Maintenance of guards
Door sealing check: Before each use, check whether the sealing tape of the oven door is intact, whether there is aging, deformation, damage, etc. leading to poor sealing, if there is a need to replace the sealing tape in a timely manner to ensure good sealing effect, prevent heat dissipation and safeguard the use.
Emergency Stop Button Check: Regularly check whether the function of the emergency stop button is normal, press the button after the oven should immediately stop all operations to ensure that the button is not stuck or damaged, and no obstacles around to affect its operation.
Grounding check: every 3-6 months to check the grounding of the oven machine, the use of grounding resistance tester to measure the grounding resistance, to ensure that the grounding resistance is not greater than 4 Ω. If the grounding resistance is too high, you need to check whether the grounding line is loose, corrosion, etc., and repair in a timely manner.
