DC motor motor automatic bearing press fitting machine has what common control unit failure and solution?

1, programmable logic controller (PLC) failure

Failure phenomenon

Program running chaos: the sequence of action of the equipment is wrong, such as reversal of the steps of press-fitting, motor operation and press-fitting action does not match, and so on.

The program stops responding: the PLC's operation indicator is abnormal, and the equipment is in a stagnant state, unable to perform any operation.

Abnormal input/output signals: PLC input signals (e.g. sensor signals) cannot be received correctly, or output signals (e.g. control motors, solenoid valves, etc.) cannot be sent out normally.

Cause analysis

Program Error: It may be the logic loophole when the program is written, the error in modifying the program at a later stage, or the error in the program due to electromagnetic interference.

Hardware failure: PLC power module, CPU module, I/O module and other hardware damage, such as power module short circuit, CPU overheating, I/O interface chip burned.

Communication failure: The communication line between PLC and other devices (such as host computer, touch screen, etc.) is damaged or the communication protocol is set incorrectly, resulting in abnormal data transmission.

Solution

Program error correction: Compare the backup program to find the logical errors in the program, or use professional PLC programming software for debugging. If it is an electromagnetic interference problem, it is necessary to carry out electromagnetic shielding of the equipment, such as increasing the shielding cover, using shielded cables and so on.

Hardware repair or replacement: use professional testing tools (such as multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.) to test the hardware module of the PLC. For damaged modules, repair or replace them according to the specific conditions. At the same time, make sure the working environment of PLC meets the requirements, such as temperature, humidity and other conditions.

Communication recovery: Check whether the communication line is loose, broken or short-circuited, and reconnect or replace the damaged communication line. Check the communication protocol settings to ensure that the communication parameters between the PLC and other devices are consistent.

2、Touch screen failure

Failure phenomenon

Touch screen is not responsive: when touching the screen, the device does not have any response, and it is impossible to set parameters and send operating instructions.

Abnormal display: the screen appears splash screen, black screen, flashing or display content errors, such as parameter display garbled, graphic distortion.

Inaccurate touch position: the position of the touch does not correspond to the actual response to the functional area, resulting in operational errors.

Cause analysis

Connection problem: the connection line between the touch screen and the controller (e.g. PLC) is loose, damaged or the interface contact is poor, resulting in signal transmission interruption.

Software problem: The driver of the touch screen is damaged, the operating system is faulty or the application program crashes, which affects the normal function of the touch screen.

Hardware damage: the touch screen itself, the touch screen panel or the internal circuit failure, such as display lamp damage, touch screen sensor layer rupture.

Solution

Check the connection: Re-plug the connection cable between the touch screen and the controller to ensure a firm connection. If you find that the connection line is damaged, replace it in time. At the same time, clean the dust and oxides at the interface to ensure good contact.

Software Repair: Reinstall or update the driver of the touch screen to restore the normal operation of the operating system. If the problem is with the application program, try to reinstall the application program or perform a software upgrade.

Hardware Replacement: For hardware damaged touch screen, you need to replace the touch screen with a new one. When replacing, pay attention to select the touch screen compatible with the device and follow the correct installation steps.

3、Control circuit failure

Failure phenomenon

Electrical component malfunction: relays, contactors and other components should not act when the action, or should act when it does not act, resulting in abnormal operation of the equipment.

Circuit short circuit or broken circuit: the device has a fuse fuse, electrical components smoke and other phenomena, or part of the circuit loses power supply, the equipment function can not be realized normally.

Control signal interference: the equipment is affected by external interference signals, resulting in distortion of the control signal, the equipment appears abnormal action.

Cause analysis

Component damage: the contacts of relays, contactors and other electrical components are worn out, sticking or the coils are burnt, resulting in abnormal operation.

Wiring problem: the connection wire of the circuit is aged, broken or connected incorrectly, causing short circuit or broken circuit.

Electromagnetic interference: the strong electromagnetic sources around the equipment (such as large motors, frequency converters, etc.) generate interference signals that enter the control circuit through electromagnetic coupling or conduction.

Solution

Component Repair or Replacement: Check the working condition of the electrical components, for the worn out contacts can be polished or replaced, for the burnt out coils need to replace the whole components.

Wiring Inspection and Repair: Carefully check the connecting wires of the circuit, find the aged and broken parts and replace them. At the same time, check whether the circuit connection is correct or not, and rewire or correct the wrong connection according to the circuit diagram.

Anti-interference measures: Use shielded cables, filter circuits and other measures to reduce electromagnetic interference. Isolate the control circuits of the equipment from strong electromagnetic sources, such as increasing the isolation transformer, using metal shielding.
