How to maintain the DC brushed motor motor automatic case tile assembly machine?

The following are the maintenance methods of DC brushed motor motor automatic housing tile assembly machine:

1, daily maintenance

l Cleaning: Regularly clean the dust and debris on the surface of the equipment to prevent it from entering the machine to affect normal operation. Use clean rags or compressed air to clean the equipment shell, workbench, transfer track and other parts, pay special attention to cleaning the motor cooling fan and vents to ensure good heat dissipation effect

l Check the connection of components: check whether the connection screws between the various parts of the equipment are loose, such as the motor base, drive pulley, coupling and other parts of the screws, if loose, should be tightened in a timely manner, in order to prevent the loose parts caused by vibration and noise, affecting the accuracy of the assembly

l Lubrication and maintenance: According to the instruction manual of the equipment, lubricate the moving parts of the equipment regularly. For example, add appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease to the conveyor chain, guide rail, bearings, etc., to reduce the friction between the parts, prolong the service life and ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.

l Check the electrical system: check whether the wires and cables of the equipment are broken, aging and other phenomena, if found, should be replaced in time to prevent the occurrence of power leakage accidents. At the same time, check whether the electrical connector is loose to ensure the reliability of the electrical connection. Check whether the indicator lights and buttons on the control panel are working properly, and if they are damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner

2、Regular Maintenance

l Motor maintenance:

Check the brushes: Check the wear of the brushes of the motor regularly, and replace them in time when they are worn to the specified limit value. Generally speaking, the wear of brushes should not exceed 1/3 of their original length. At the same time, clean up the carbon powder around the brush holder to prevent the carbon powder from accumulating and causing a short circuit. Check whether the contact pressure between brushes and commutator is appropriate, too much or too little pressure will affect the performance of the motor, you can adjust the pressure of the brush spring to ensure good contact

Measurement of insulation resistance: Use a megohmmeter to regularly measure the insulation resistance of the motor, including the insulation resistance between the stator winding and the rotor winding, and between the winding and the chassis. The insulation resistance value should be in accordance with the technical requirements of the equipment. If the insulation resistance is found to be decreasing, the cause should be found and dealt with in a timely manner, such as drying and repairing the insulation.145.

Check the commutator: Observe the commutator surface for wear, ablation, scratches and other defects; if there is slight damage, use fine sandpaper to polish and repair; if the damage is serious, the commutator needs to be replaced. At the same time, check whether the mica piece of the commutator is protruding, if it is protruding, the mica piece should be undercut in time to ensure good contact between the brushes and the commutator 3.

l Sensor and controller maintenance:

Sensor calibration: Regular calibration of various sensors on the equipment, such as position sensors, pressure sensors, etc., to ensure their measurement accuracy. The calibration method can refer to the sensor's instruction manual or the equipment manufacturer's recommendations, which generally requires the use of professional calibration tools and standard signal sources.

Check the controller: Check the working status of the controller to see if there are alarm messages or fault codes. Clean the controller's cooling fan and filter to prevent dust clogging from affecting heat dissipation. Regularly backup important parameters and programs in the controller to prevent data loss.

l Mechanical parts maintenance:

Check transmission parts: Check the wear and tear of transmission parts such as transmission belt, chain, gears, etc., and replace them in time if there is obvious wear and tear to prevent the transmission precision from decreasing and equipment failure. Adjust the tension of the transmission belt to keep it at the proper tension, too tight or too loose will affect the transmission efficiency and service life 156.

Check the assembly fixture: regularly check the accuracy and wear of the assembly fixture, if the positioning accuracy of the fixture is found to be decreased or worn out, it should be adjusted or replaced in time. Clean the sundries and oil on the fixture to ensure the cleanliness of the fixture to ensure the accuracy of the magnetic tile assembly.

l Other components maintenance:

Check the pneumatic components: If the equipment adopts pneumatic system, check the pneumatic components regularly, such as cylinders, solenoid valves, air source processor, etc.. Check the sealing performance of the cylinder, such as air leakage phenomenon should be timely replacement of seals; clean up the spool and seat of the solenoid valve to ensure that its action is flexible; check the filter of the air source processor, timely replacement of the filter element to ensure the cleanliness of the compressed air.

Check the hydraulic components: for the use of hydraulic system equipment, we should regularly check the oil quality and oil level of hydraulic oil, such as oil quality is found to be poor should be replaced in a timely manner hydraulic oil. Check hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic valves and other components of the working state, such as abnormalities should be promptly repaired or replaced.

3, long-term out-of-service maintenance

l equipment cleaning and protection: before the equipment is out of service for a long time, all the cleaning work should be carried out to remove the surface of the equipment and the internal dust, oil and other impurities. Then protect the equipment, such as applying antirust oil, cover the dust cover, etc., to prevent the equipment from rusting and erosion by the external environment 156.

l Regular energized operation: even if the equipment has been out of use for a long time, it should be energized every once in a while, so that the motor, controller and other electrical components to maintain a certain degree of activity, to prevent damage to the components due to a long period of time without power. Energized running time can be determined according to the specific circumstances of the equipment, generally recommended that each run 1-2 hours or so, the running process to observe the operating state of the equipment.

l Check the battery or energy storage device: If the equipment is equipped with a battery or other energy storage device, in the long-term out-of-service period to regularly check its power or energy storage state, to prevent excessive discharge and damage to the battery. Charge or maintain the battery according to the instruction manual of the equipment to ensure that the battery can work normally when the equipment is reactivated.
