Motor motor rotor automatic airfoil machine common sensor failure and its solution are as follows:


1, temperature sensor failure


l Fault phenomenon:


Temperature display abnormality: the temperature value measured by the temperature sensor does not match the actual temperature, may display too high or too low temperature, resulting in a misjudgment of the motor rotor and the working state of the fan blade machine


Temperature alarm error: in the motor rotor and wind blades within the normal operating temperature range, but the temperature sensor issued an alarm signal, so that the equipment is shut down for no reason, affecting production efficiency.


l Solution:


Check the connection line: check whether the temperature sensor connection line is loose, broken or short-circuit conditions, such as damage, the need for timely repair or replacement of the connecting line


Clean the sensor probe: If the sensor probe surface has dust or dirt accumulation, it will affect the heat transfer and accuracy of temperature measurement, use a clean cloth or special cleaner to gently wipe the probe to ensure that its surface is clean.


Calibrate or replace the sensor: If the measurement deviation of the temperature sensor is large, try to calibrate it according to the manufacturer's instructions; if it is still inaccurate after calibration, it is necessary to replace it with a new temperature sensor

2, vibration sensor failure


l Fault phenomenon:


Vibration signal abnormality: vibration sensor output vibration signal is unstable, fluctuations, jumps or irregular changes, can not accurately reflect the vibration status of the motor rotor and air blades, affecting the monitoring and diagnosis of mechanical failure of the equipment


False alarms or missed alarms: vibration sensors may send false vibration alarm signals during normal operation of the equipment, or fail to provide timely alarms when abnormal vibration occurs in the equipment, resulting in faults that cannot be detected and handled in a timely manner.


l Solution:


Check the installation position and fixation: Make sure that the vibration sensor is installed in a suitable position on the rotor of the motor or the air blower, and firmly installed, to avoid inaccurate measurement of the sensor or additional vibration interference due to improper installation. If the installation position is incorrect or not firmly fixed, need to readjust the installation position and tighten the sensor.


Check the sensitivity of the sensor: the use of professional vibration test equipment to detect the sensitivity of the vibration sensor, if the sensitivity does not meet the requirements, it may be the sensor internal components are damaged or aging, need to replace the sensor.


Check the signal processing circuit: vibration sensor signal processing circuit failure may also lead to abnormal signals, check the circuit of the solder joints are loose, desoldering, whether the electronic components are damaged, if any problem, timely repair or replacement of damaged components.


3, speed sensor failure


l Failure phenomenon:


Inaccurate speed measurement: the motor rotor speed measured by the speed sensor deviates from the actual speed, resulting in inaccurate control of the speed of the fan blade machine, affecting the heat dissipation effect or the overall performance of the equipment


No rotational speed signal output: the speed sensor can not output the rotational speed signal, so that the control system can not get the rotational speed information of the motor rotor, and then can not be effective speed control of the wind blades, the equipment may not start or run abnormally.


l Solution:


Check the gap between the sensor and the rotor: the gap between the speed sensor and the motor rotor is too large or too small will affect the accuracy of the speed measurement, need to adjust the gap between the sensor and the rotor according to the technical requirements of the equipment, to ensure that the gap is within the specified range.


Check the sensing element of the sensor: the sensing element of the rotational speed sensor, such as the magnet of the magnetoelectric sensor, Hall element, etc. may be worn out, damaged or magnetically weakened, resulting in failure, check the state of the sensing element, if damaged, replace it in time.


Check the signal transmission line: with other sensors, speed sensor signal transmission line problems can also lead to signal loss or abnormal, check whether the line is intact, whether the plug is tightly inserted, if the line is damaged, need to repair or replace.


4, position sensor failure


l Fault phenomenon:


Position detection error: the position sensor can not accurately detect the position information of the motor rotor, resulting in the steering control of the wind blade machine is wrong or can not be in accordance with the predetermined position of the action, affecting the normal operation of the equipment and the realization of functions


Intermittent failure: the position sensor may have intermittent failures, sometimes normal detection of the rotor position, and sometimes failures, resulting in unstable operation of the wind blades, increasing the risk of equipment failure.


l Solution:


Check the power supply of the sensor: make sure that the power supply voltage of the position sensor is stable and within the specified range, abnormal power supply voltage may cause the sensor to work abnormally, if there is any power supply problem, the power supply circuit needs to be checked and repaired.


Check the mechanical connection of the sensor: the position sensor is usually connected to the motor rotor or other components through mechanical connections, check whether the connection parts are loose, worn or damaged, if there are problems, you need to tighten or replace the connection parts.


Function test of the sensor: Use professional test equipment or tools to test the function of the position sensor, simulate different rotor positions, check whether the sensor output signal is correct, if the sensor is found to function abnormally, the sensor needs to be replaced with a new one.
