1、Clip spring installation is not in place or deformation


l Failure causes


Circlip size problem: the inner diameter or outer diameter of the circlip size does not meet the requirements, may be purchased from the circlip itself has deviation, or in the process of transportation, storage by extrusion deformation. For example, if the inner diameter of the circlip is too small, it will be difficult to install into the slot of the motor rotor; if the outer diameter is too large, it may not be able to be properly embedded in the slot, resulting in the installation is not in place.


Worn or improperly adjusted mounting tools: Wear and tear on the mounting tools of automatic spring clamps, such as the clamping pliers and other components, can affect the gripping and mounting strength of the spring. In addition, if the position and angle of the installation tool is not properly adjusted, it will also lead to deviation in the installation of the card spring.


Rotor slot processing accuracy problems: motor rotor slot dimensional accuracy, surface roughness does not meet the requirements, or the slot has burrs, debris, etc., will affect the installation of the spring. For example, the slot depth is not enough, the spring can not be completely embedded.

l Solution


Strictly inspect the dimensions of the circlip to ensure that it meets the installation requirements of the motor rotor. Before installation, check whether there is any deformation of the circlips. For deformed circlips, you can use special circlips shaping tools to repair or directly replace the qualified circlips.


Regularly check and replace the easy-to-wear parts of the mounting tool, such as the jaws of the circlip pliers. During the installation process, adjust the position and angle of the installation tool by means of a precise debugging device to ensure that it can accurately install the circlip into the slot.


Improve the machining accuracy of the motor rotor slot, and clean the slot after machining to remove burrs and debris. You can use sandpaper to polish the surface of the slot, or clean the inside of the slot by blowing and cleaning.


2、Mechanical transmission parts wear or jammed


l Failure causes


Long-term friction and load: The transmission parts in the automatic card spring machine, such as belts, chains, gears, etc., will gradually wear out due to constant friction and work load in the long-term working process. For example, the belt in a long period of high-speed operation, and the friction between the pulley will lead to belt surface wear, or even fracture.


Insufficient lubrication: If the lubrication system of the transmission components has problems, such as insufficient lubricant, lubricant deterioration or lubrication channel blockage, it will increase the friction between the components, accelerate the wear and tear, and even lead to component jamming.

Establish a perfect lubrication management system, regularly check and add lubricants to ensure that the quality of lubricants meets the requirements. 3. Damage to the fixture or loss of precision


l Failure causes


Frequent use and collision: The fixture of the automatic spring clamping machine is susceptible to collision and abrasion during frequent clamping and releasing of the motor rotor. For example, the clamping surface of the clamping jaws of the fixture will be worn out after long-term use, resulting in poor clamping or inaccurate clamping position.


Material fatigue: The fixture is generally made of metal material, after a long time of repeated force, material fatigue will occur, resulting in elastic deformation, dimensional changes, etc., thus affecting its accuracy.


l Solution
