Motor motor rotor automatic rewinding machine what are the common mechanical failures and solutions?
1、Screw conveying system failure
l Failure phenomenon
Screws stalled: screws in the conveying track can not move smoothly, resulting in the normal supply to the screwing position. This may be due to the size of the screws do not match the conveying track, the track is blocked with debris, or the vibration frequency and amplitude of the vibration plate is not set properly.
Screws fall: During the conveying process, screws fall out of the track, resulting in insufficient supply of screws. The reason may be that the rail connection is not tight, there are gaps, or the screws jump out of the rail during vibration.
l Solution
For the screw jamming problem, first check whether the screw size meets the design requirements of the conveying track. If the size does not match, replace the screws or adjust the size of the track. Clean the debris in the conveying track, you can use compressed air to blow away or use small tools to remove the blockage. At the same time, according to the size and material of the screws, reasonably adjust the vibration frequency and amplitude of the vibration disk to ensure that the screws can move smoothly in the track.
If the screw falls out, check the connection part of the track to make sure the connection is tight and there is no gap. Gaps can be filled with glue or other sealing materials. If the screw jumps out of the track because of excessive vibration, reduce the vibration amplitude of the vibration plate appropriately, or install guards on the edge of the track to prevent the screw from falling out.
2, batch head failure
l Failure phenomenon
Batch head wear: After a long time of use, the head of the batch head and the contact parts of the screw slot will be worn, resulting in the batch head can not effectively transfer torque, screws can not be screwed tightly or the phenomenon of slippery wire.
Broken batch head: When tightening high hardness screws or encountering excessive resistance, the batch head may break, so that the machine can not continue to screw.
l Solution
Regularly check the wear and tear of the batch head, and replace the batch head in time when it is found to be seriously worn. Choose good quality and suitable hardness of the batch head to extend the life of the batch head. At the same time, according to the material and hardness of the screws, set the torque for screwing screws reasonably to avoid excessive wear of the batch head.
If the batch head breaks, stop the machine operation first and remove the broken pieces of the batch head. Replace the batch head with a new one and check the cause of the broken batch head. If it is because of excessive screw resistance, check whether the screws are damaged or stuck by foreign objects, and adjust the screwing parameters, such as reducing the speed, increasing the torque to tighten in steps, etc., to prevent the batch head from breaking again.
3、Mechanical arm failure
l Failure phenomenon
Inaccurate movement of the mechanical arm: the mechanical arm deviates when it moves to the screwing position, resulting in the batch head not being able to accurately align with the screws. This may be due to wear and tear of the transmission parts of the mechanical arm, motor encoder failure or problems with the calibration of the mechanical arm.
Mechanical arm movement jamming: the mechanical arm in the process of movement jamming phenomenon, affecting the work efficiency. The reason may be insufficient lubrication at the joints of the robot arm, loose transmission chain or belt, or foreign objects obstructing the movement.
l Solution
For the imprecise movement of the robotic arm, first check the wear and tear of the transmission parts of the robotic arm, such as gears, screws, etc. If there is wear and tear, replace the worn parts. If there is wear, replace the worn parts. Check whether the motor encoder is working normally, read the encoder signal through professional equipment to determine whether there is signal loss or error. If the encoder is faulty, replace the encoder. At the same time, calibrate the mechanical arm regularly to ensure its movement accuracy.
When the movement of the mechanical arm is stuck, first check the lubrication of the joints and add the appropriate amount of lubricant or grease. Check the tightness of the transmission chain or belt, and adjust the tensioning device appropriately to keep the proper tension. Clean up the foreign matter on the movement path of the mechanical arm to ensure that the mechanical arm can move smoothly.
4、Fixture failure
l Failure phenomenon
Loose fixture: In the process of screwing, the fixture can not firmly fix the workpiece, resulting in the movement of the workpiece, affecting the accuracy and quality of screwing. This may be due to wear and tear of the clamping mechanism of the fixture, insufficient clamping force or inaccurate positioning of the fixture.
Damaged fixture: The parts of the fixture, such as jaws, positioning pins, etc., may be damaged, and the workpiece cannot be clamped or positioned properly.
l Solution
For the problem of loose fixture, check the wear of the clamping mechanism, such as the wear of the tooth surface of the clamping jaws, the wear of the thread of the screw rod, and so on. If there is wear, replace the worn parts. Adjust the clamping force, according to the size and material of the workpiece, set the size of the clamping force reasonably to ensure that the fixture can firmly fix the workpiece. At the same time, check the positioning accuracy of the fixture, use the gauge to check the position and size of the positioning pin, if there is deviation, recalibrate the positioning.
If the fixture is damaged, replace the damaged parts, such as clamping jaws, positioning pins and so on. After replacement, debug the fixture and check whether its clamping and positioning functions are back to normal. At the same time, pay attention to the correct use of the fixture to avoid overloading the fixture damage.
