Motor motor rotor automatic air blade machine common electrical faults and solutions are as follows:


1, power failure


Failure phenomenon: the machine can not start, the power indicator does not light.


Possible causes: the external power supply is not connected or loose plug, no power in the socket; the machine's internal fuse blown; power switch damage; power transformer failure.


Solution: Check the external power supply, make sure the plug is tight and the socket has power; if the fuse is blown, replace the fuse with the same specification and check whether there is a short-circuit; replace the damaged power switch; use a multimeter to check the power transformer, and replace it if it is damaged.

2、Motor failure


Failure phenomenon: the motor does not rotate or rotate abnormally, such as slow speed, abnormal noise or overheating.


Possible causes: motor wiring error, loose or broken; motor winding short circuit or broken; motor overload; motor bearing damage; motor cooling system failure.


Solution: check the motor wiring to ensure that the wiring is correct and firm; use a multimeter to measure the motor winding resistance, if short-circuit or disconnection is required to replace the motor; reduce the motor load to avoid overloading the motor; replace the damaged motor bearings; check the motor cooling fan and other heat dissipation components to ensure that they work properly.


3、Sensor failure


Failure phenomenon: abnormal operation of the machine, such as the inability to accurately detect the rotor position, wind blade installation position error, etc., the relevant sensors do not light up the indicator or signal abnormality.


Possible causes: loose sensor connection lines, broken or short-circuit; sensor damage; sensor contaminated by dust, oil, etc., affecting the signal transmission.


Solution: Check the sensor connection line, repair or replace the damaged line; clean the sensor sensing surface, remove impurities; use professional testing equipment to check the sensor output signal, if the sensor is damaged, then replace the same type of sensor.


4, controller failure


Failure phenomenon: the machine appears to be dead, program confusion, can not normally control the motor or other parts of the operation.


Possible causes: unstable controller power supply; controller internal electronic components are damaged; controller software program error or loss.


Solution: Check the controller power supply to ensure that the voltage is stable; open the controller, check whether the internal electronic components are bulging, burnt and other signs of damage, such as replacement; reinstall or update the controller's software program .


5、Line connection failure


Failure phenomenon: some of the functions of the machine fails, or unstable operation, interrupted from time to time.


Possible causes: aging of the electrical line, broken, resulting in poor contact; line long-term vibration, so that the joints loose.


Solution: Check the electrical wiring carefully, look for aging and damage, and replace the damaged wiring; check and tighten all the wiring connectors to ensure a reliable connection.
