What are some common electrical faults and their solutions for a four-station double flying fork winding machine for motor motor rotors?

For four-station double flying fork winding machine contains electrical components, the following are some common electrical faults and their solutions:

1、 tensioner failure:

Possible causes: overheating or burnout of the tensioner, which may be due to too high or too low supply voltage, too high operating frequency, poorly manufactured coils or due to mechanical damage, insulation damage and so on.

Solution: Adjust the supply voltage, replace the coil or contactor, choose another suitable contactor, replace the coil, and exclude the faults that cause mechanical damage to the coil.

2、Electric box failure:

Possible causes: the motor can not start after the power supply is turned on, but there is a humming sound, which may be due to the lack of phase starting, overload, stuck by the dragging machinery, the rotor circuit is open or the stator is connected to the wrong internal.

Solution: check the power cord and motor lead wire to confirm whether the power supply is fully connected; unloading and try to start at no load or half-load; check the dragged machinery to eliminate faults; check the brushes, slip rings and starting resistor engagement; re-determination of the three-phase head and tail end, check the winding.


3、Solenoid valve failure:

Possible causes: the solenoid valve is damaged, which may cause the scraper can not rise or fall.

Solution: replace the solenoid valve.


4、servo motor failure:

Possible causes: inverter parameters are set incorrectly, may lead to servo motor can not start or can not drive.

Solution: reset the frequency converter parameters.


5、Cylinder failure:

Possible causes: the cylinder may be due to internal leakage, external leakage, piston or piston rod stuck, poor buffer and other reasons for failure.

Solution: Check the cylinder seals, replace the damaged seals; check whether the gas source pressure is stable; clean or replace the internal parts of the cylinder; adjust the buffer device.


6、 sensor failure:

Possible causes: the sensor may be due to ambient light interference, sensor surface dirt, unstable power supply or sensor damage and other reasons leading to false action or no action.

Solution: Adjust the position of the sensor to avoid direct light; clean the sensor surface; check and stabilize the power supply; replace the damaged sensor.
