What are the common electrical failures and solutions for brushless motor motor automatic stator-rotor assembly machine?


Brushless motor motor automatic stator rotor assembly machine common electrical faults and solutions are as follows:


1、Power failure


Failure phenomenon: the equipment can not start, the power indicator does not light.


Fault causes


The power plug is not plugged in or the power cord is damaged.


Air switch tripped or fuse blown.


Power supply voltage is unstable or too low.


Solution


Check whether the power plug is plugged in tightly, see whether the power cord is broken or disconnected, etc. Replace the power cord promptly if there is any problem.


Check the air switch and fuse, if tripped or fused, identify the cause and restore or replace. There may be a short circuit or overload problem with the equipment, which needs to be further investigated.


Use a voltmeter to measure the power supply voltage to ensure that the voltage is within the range required by the equipment. If the voltage is not stable, install a voltage regulator.

2, motor failure


Failure phenomenon: the motor does not rotate, rotate powerless or have abnormal noise.


Failure causes


Motor winding short circuit, broken circuit or ground fault.


Motor bearing damage.


Motor driver failure, such as parameter setting error, component damage.


Solution


Use a multimeter, megohmmeter, etc. to test the motor winding to determine whether there is a short circuit, broken circuit or grounding problems, repair or replace the damaged winding.


Check the motor bearings, if there is wear and tear, jamming and other conditions, timely replacement of bearings.


Check the motor drive parameters, restore the default settings and then reset, check the drive electronic components, such as capacitors, resistors, IGBT, etc., if damaged, replace.


 


3、Sensor failure


Failure phenomenon: inaccurate positioning of the equipment, malfunction during operation.


Failure causes


Sensor probe is dirty, damaged or aging.


The sensor installation position is offset.


The sensor line is poorly connected or disconnected.


Solution


Clean the sensor probe, if the sensor is damaged or aged, replace it with a new one in time.


Readjust the installation position of the sensor to ensure that it can accurately detect the signal.


Check the sensor line, repair the poorly connected parts, replace the broken line.


 


4, control system failure


Failure phenomenon: the logic of equipment operation is chaotic, unable to perform actions in accordance with the preset program.


Failure causes


Controller program error, may be lost, mistakenly written or incompatible version of the program.


Communication failure between the controller and other components, such as communication line damage, loose interface.


Controller hardware failure, such as chip damage, capacitor leakage.


Solution


Redownload the correct program to the controller and make sure the program version matches the device.


Check the communication line and interface, repair or replace the damaged line, tighten the interface.


Check the controller hardware, you can use the replacement method, etc. to determine whether the chip and other hardware damage, if any damage, replace the controller hardware.


 


5、Failure of frequency converter


Failure phenomenon: abnormal motor speed, unable to realize the speed control function.


Failure causes


Inverter parameter setting errors, such as frequency settings, acceleration and deceleration time and other parameters are unreasonable.


Poor heat dissipation of the inverter, resulting in overheating protection.


The internal electronic components of the inverter are damaged, such as rectifier bridge, inverter module and so on.


Solution


Reset the parameters of the inverter and adjust the appropriate parameters according to the requirements of the motor and equipment.


Check whether the cooling fan of the inverter operates normally, clean the dust on the heat sink to ensure good heat dissipation.


Check the internal electronic components of the frequency converter, use professional tools to test the rectifier bridge, inverter module, etc., if damaged, replace them in time.
