1、Power failure

Failure phenomenon: the control unit does not respond, the indicator light does not light, the reclaimer can not start 2.

Cause analysis: loose power plug, power cord damage, power switch failure, power module burnt, abnormal input voltage.

Solution: Check whether the power plug is inserted tightly, whether the power cord is damaged or broken, and replace it if there is any problem; check whether the power switch is working normally, and replace the switch if it is faulty; use a multimeter to detect the input and output voltages of power supply module, and replace the power supply module if the voltage is abnormal or the module shows signs of burnt out; make sure that the input voltage meets the requirements of the control unit, and check the power supply lines and related equipment if the voltage is too low or too high. 2、Controller failure

4, communication failure
