What are the common control unit faults and solutions for motor motor rotor automatic spring clamping machine?

1, program failure

l Failure phenomenon

The machine moves in a chaotic sequence, for example, the spring installation step is wrong, may be the first downward pressure action, and only then placed the spring.

The machine appears irregular repetitive action or some action skipped, affecting the normal spring installation process.

l Cause of malfunction

Errors occur during writing or transmission of the program, which may be affected by electromagnetic interference, sudden power failure and other circumstances.

Data loss or error accumulation occurs after the program has been running for a long time, such as aging or damage to the chip that stores the program.

l Solution

Re-write the correct control program, make sure the environment is stable during the writing process, avoid electromagnetic interference and sudden power failure. Professional programming equipment can be used to write the program and verify it after writing.

For aging or damaged memory chips, it is necessary to replace the chip with a new one and rewrite the backed up correct program. At the same time, backup program data regularly so that it can be recovered in time when problems occur.

2. Communication Failure

l Failure phenomenon

The control unit and other equipment (such as sensors, actuators) can not communicate properly with each other, resulting in the machine can not obtain accurate information or can not execute the corresponding instructions. For example, the control unit is unable to receive the rotor position signal from the sensor, making the machine unable to accurately carry out the spring installation.

l Failure causes

Damage to the communication line, such as broken signal wires, loose or corroded interfaces.

Communication protocol mismatch, possibly after the equipment is updated or repaired, the communication protocol of the new equipment is inconsistent with the original control unit.

Electromagnetic interference affects the transmission of communication signals, especially in the environment where there are large motors, inverters and other equipment.

l Solution

Check the communication line, repair or replace the damaged signal line, tighten the interface, and clean the corrosion at the interface. Tools such as a multimeter can be used to check the on-off condition of the line.

Ensure that the communication protocols of the control unit and other equipment are consistent, consult the equipment manual and reconfigure the communication parameters so that they can recognize and communicate with each other.

Take anti-electromagnetic interference measures, such as using shielded cables, installing filters, and laying communication lines separately from strong electrical lines, to reduce the effect of electromagnetic interference on communication signals.

3、Input / Output (I/O) port failure

l Failure phenomenon

The input port cannot receive signals correctly, for example, it cannot recognize the signals from the sensor, which leads to the machine misjudging the working state.

The output port fails to output control signals properly, so that the actuators (such as motors, cylinders) can not act according to the instructions, for example, the motor can not start to drive the spring mounting mechanism.

l Failure Causes

The I/O port is damaged by static electricity, overvoltage, overcurrent, etc. This may be due to improper operation or unstable external electrical environment.

The port has poor contact after long-term use, such as oxidized and loose pins inside the port.

l Solution

For damaged I/O ports, if the damage is minor, you can try to reset or repair the port through software; if the damage is serious, you need to replace the I/O module with a new one. When operating the machine, pay attention to anti-static measures, such as wearing an anti-static bracelet.

Clean the oxidized layer inside the I/O ports and re-tighten the port connections to ensure good electrical contact. Specialized electronic cleaners and tools can be used for cleaning and fastening.
