5、Control program failure


Failure phenomenon: the balancing machine appears to operate abnormally, inaccurate measurement results or can not be set in accordance with the program for balance correction and other issues, may be the control program error, loss or version of the incompatibility and other reasons.


Solution: Check whether there is an updated version of the control program, if so, it should be updated in time. If there is an error or loss of the program, try to reinstall or restore the factory settings, but be careful to backup important parameters and data to avoid loss!


6、Communication failure


Failure phenomenon: control unit and other equipment (such as computers, printers, etc.) can not be normal communication, resulting in data transfer or sharing


Solution: Check whether the communication line is connected normally, whether the communication protocol is set correctly, whether the communication baud rate and other parameters match.
