What spare parts are needed for brushless motor motor automatic stator press end plate machine and how to set up guarantee stock?

The spare parts of brushless motor motor automatic stator press end plate machine mainly include wearing parts, electrical components and other general parts, etc. The following are the specific types and how to set up the guarantee stock:

I. Types of spare parts

1、Mechanical wearing parts

Press head: the part that acts directly on the stator end plate in the press fitting process, long-term use will affect the press fitting accuracy due to wear and deformation, etc., and needs to be replaced regularly.

Mold: in direct contact with the stator and the end plate, the surface of the mold may be worn and cracked during repeated press-fitting operations, affecting product quality, and is a spare part that needs to be replaced frequently.

Belt and chain: used to transmit power, long time operation will be stretched, wear and tear, resulting in transmission accuracy or slippage phenomenon, need to reserve a certain amount.

Bearings: many rotating parts of the equipment need to use bearings, such as motor bearings, transmission parts of the bearings, etc., due to long-term operation of the load, prone to wear and tear, ball damage and other issues.

2、Electrical components

Motor: Brushless motor is the core power component of the equipment, it may be damaged due to overload, overheating, short circuit of the winding and other faults, at least 1-2 motors of different specifications should be available.

Contactors and relays: used to control the circuit on and off, frequent action may lead to contact erosion, sticking and other problems, affecting the normal operation of the equipment, should be used according to the type and number of equipment, reserve the appropriate amount of spare parts.

Sensors: such as position sensors, pressure sensors, etc., are used to monitor and control the operation status of the equipment, which may be inaccurate due to aging, damage and signal inaccuracy, each type of sensor should be stocked at least 1-2.

Driver: It is used to drive the brushless motor to run, it may be faulty and needs to have corresponding spare parts.

3、Other common parts

Bolts and nuts: During the operation of the equipment, some of the bolts and nuts may be loose, lost or damaged, so it is necessary to reserve common bolts and nuts of different specifications.

Seals and gaskets: used to prevent leakage of oil, air, etc., long-term use will be aging, deformation, loss of sealing performance, should be prepared according to the sealing parts of the equipment and the requirements of the appropriate amount of seals and gaskets.

Second, to protect the inventory setup method

1、Based on historical data

Analyze the replacement frequency: Review the replacement records of each spare part in the past period of time (e.g. 1-2 years), and count the replacement cycle and frequency of each spare part. For example, if the indenter of a certain model needs to be replaced every 3 months on average, then at least 2-3 units can be considered as the guaranteed stock.

Consider production fluctuations: Analyze the difference in demand for spare parts between peak and trough production periods, taking into account the fluctuations in the production schedule. If the production season equipment running time is long, the consumption of spare parts may increase, you can appropriately increase the protection of inventory.

2, based on the supplier supply cycle

Determine the supply time: communicate with the supplier of spare parts to understand its normal supply cycle and emergency supply cycle. For a longer supply cycle of spare parts, such as some imported special specifications bearings, the supply cycle may take 2-3 months, should be based on the very long possible out-of-stock time to set up to protect the inventory, to ensure that the equipment in the waiting period of the new goods have enough spare parts available.

Establish emergency supply channels: In addition to regular suppliers, look for at least one standby supplier, so that in the event of problems with the main supplier can obtain spare parts in a timely manner.

3. Based on equipment criticality

Evaluate the impact on production: Evaluate the criticality of each component of the equipment to determine which component failures will have a significant impact on production. For critical components such as brushless motors, drives, etc., a higher guaranteed inventory should be set to avoid long production stoppages due to the failure of these components.

Develop prioritization strategies: Depending on the criticality of the components and the level of guaranteed inventory, develop different procurement and usage strategies. The guaranteed stock of critical parts is strictly monitored, and the procurement process is initiated as soon as the stock level approaches the very low guaranteed stock.
