How to analyze and troubleshoot the brushless motor motor automatic press-fit end-capping machine?


 

Brushless motor motor automatic press-fitting end-capping machine failure, from mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and other aspects of the analysis and troubleshooting, the following are specific methods:


First, the mechanical part


1, the pressure loading head does not move or move abnormally


Failure analysis: may be the press fitting head guide jamming, caused by foreign objects into or insufficient lubrication; may also be the press fitting head drive components, such as belts, chains, loose or damaged.


Remedy: clean up the guide rail foreign matter, add lubricant; check the transmission parts, adjust the belt, chain tension or replace the damaged parts.


2, the end cap is not in place or pressure bias


Failure analysis: the end cap positioning device may be inaccurate, resulting in end cap placement deviation; may also be uneven contact between the press-fit head and the end cap, or uneven press-fit force.


Troubleshooting: Re-adjust the positioning device to ensure accurate positioning of the end cap; check the press fitting head and press fitting mold to ensure that its surface is flat and undamaged, and adjust the uniformity of press fitting force.


3、Abnormal noise when the machine is running


Failure analysis: may be mechanical parts wear, such as bearings, gears, etc.; may also be connected to loose parts, vibration and noise during operation.


Troubleshooting method: Check the worn parts and replace the bearings and gears in time; fasten all the connecting parts to make sure there is no looseness.

Second, the electrical part


1、Motor does not turn


Failure analysis: the motor power line may be loose, broken or short-circuit; may also be a motor drive failure, such as drive parameter setting errors, component damage; may also be the motor itself, such as short-circuit winding, broken.


Remedy: check the power line connection, repair or replace the damaged line; check the drive parameters, restore the default settings and reset, if the components are damaged, then replace the drive; check the motor winding with a multimeter, repair or replace the motor.


2、Control system failure


Failure analysis: it may be the controller program error, or the controller and other components of the communication failure; may also be a sensor failure, such as position sensors, pressure sensors, etc., resulting in inaccurate signals.


Troubleshooting: re-download the correct program to the controller, check the communication lines and interfaces to ensure that the connection is normal; check the sensors, clean the surface of the sensor, calibrate or replace the faulty sensor.



Third, the pneumatic part (if there are pneumatic components)


1、Insufficient air pressure


Failure analysis: it may be an air compressor failure, such as air compressor does not work, pressure regulator valve failure; it may also be air leakage, or pneumatic components such as cylinders, solenoid valves and other sealing defects.


Remedy: check the air compressor, repair or replace the faulty parts, adjust the pressure regulator valve; check the air pipe and pneumatic components, check the leakage point with soapy water, repair or replace the leakage parts.


2, the cylinder does not move smoothly


Failure analysis: there may be impurities in the cylinder, resulting in piston movement is blocked; may also be insufficient lubrication of the cylinder, or solenoid valve failure, resulting in the gas can not be normal through.


Elimination methods: disassemble the cylinder, clean up internal impurities; add appropriate lubricant to the cylinder; check the solenoid valve, repair or replace the faulty solenoid valve.



When analyzing and troubleshooting the fault, the power supply and gas source should be cut off first to ensure that the operation is normal. Meanwhile, you can refer to the operation manual and maintenance manual of the equipment for more detailed troubleshooting methods and technical support. If you encounter complicated faults, it is recommended to contact professional maintenance personnel for repair.
