What are the common electrical faults and solutions for brushless motor manual four-station internal winding machine?


 

Brushless motor manual four-station internal winding machine common electrical faults and solutions are as follows:


1、Motor does not rotate


Fault causes


Power supply problems: the power plug is not plugged in, the power cord is damaged, the power switch is faulty or the power supply voltage is too low.


Motor failure: motor winding short circuit, broken circuit or motor bearing damage, resulting in the motor can not run normally.


Controller failure: controller internal circuit failure, such as chip damage, capacitor failure, etc., can not output the correct control signal.


Connection wire problem: the connection wire between the motor and the controller is loose, broken or has poor contact.


Solution


Check the power supply: make sure the power plug is tightly inserted, check whether the power cord is broken, if it is broken, you need to replace the power cord; check whether the power switch is working properly, measure whether the power supply voltage is within the rated range, if the voltage is too low, you need to check the power supply system.


Check the motor: use a multimeter to measure the resistance value of the motor winding to determine whether there is a short circuit or broken circuit, if there is any problem, you need to replace the motor winding; check whether the motor bearings are flexible, if there is any stagnation or damage, you need to replace the bearings.


Check the controller: observe the controller whether there are obvious signs of component damage, such as capacitor bulging; use professional tools to detect whether the output signal of the controller is normal, if the controller is faulty, it needs to be repaired or replaced.


Check the connection line: carefully check the connection line between the motor and the controller to ensure that the connection is firm, no loose, broken phenomenon, if there is any problem timely repair or replacement of the connection line.

2、Winding speed is not stable


Fault causes


Motor speed control system failure: the speed control potentiometer is damaged, the electronic components in the speed control circuit are aging or damaged, resulting in inaccurate motor speed control.


Load change: during the winding process, the uneven load due to wire diameter, material and other factors affect the winding speed.


Improper setting of motor parameters: the parameter setting of the motor in the controller does not match with the actual motor, such as the number of poles of the motor, rated speed and other parameters are set incorrectly.


Solution


Check the speed control system: check whether the speed control potentiometer can adjust the resistance value normally, and replace it if there is any abnormality; check the electronic components in the speed control circuit, such as transistor, diode, etc., and replace them if they are damaged.


Adjust the load: try to ensure the uniformity of the load during the winding process, choose the right wire diameter and material to avoid the sudden change of load affecting the winding speed.


Reset motor parameters: According to the actual parameters of the motor, set them correctly in the controller to ensure that the motor runs under the appropriate parameters.


 


3、Inaccurate counter


Fault causes


Sensor failure: the counting sensor is damaged, the sensor is installed in the wrong position or the sensor sensitivity is not set reasonably, resulting in inaccurate counting.


Counter circuit failure: the counter internal circuit failure, such as chip failure, capacitor leakage, etc., affecting the counting accuracy.


Interference problem: Electromagnetic interference in the electrical system or power ripple interference, resulting in counter miscounting.


Solution


Check the sensor: check whether the sensor can work normally, can be detected by blocking the sensor to see whether it can output signals normally, if damaged need to be replaced; adjust the installation position of the sensor to ensure that it can accurately detect the winding action; adjust the sensitivity of the sensor, so that it can stably detect the winding signal.


Check the counter circuit: check whether there are signs of damage to the components in the counter circuit, use professional tools to detect the working status of the counter chip, if there is any failure, it is necessary to repair or replace the chip.


Eliminate interference: shielding of the electrical system to reduce electromagnetic interference; in the power supply circuit to increase the filter capacitance, reduce power ripple, eliminate interference on the impact of the counter.


 


4、Control button malfunction


Failure causes


Failure of the button itself: oxidization, wear and tear of the contacts inside the button or spring failure, resulting in the button can not be normal conduction or reset.


Failure of the button connection line: the connection line between the button and the controller is loose, broken or short-circuited, so that the control signal can not be transmitted normally.


Controller input interface failure: the input interface of the controller is damaged, unable to receive the control signal of the button.


Solution


Check the button: disassemble the button, clean the oxidized layer on the surface of the contact, check the status of the contact and spring, and replace the button if it is worn out or failed.


Check the connecting wire: check the connecting wire between the button and the controller, make sure the connection is good, no loose, broken or short circuit, if there is any problem, repair or replace it in time.


Check the controller input interface: use professional tools to detect the working status of the controller input interface, if damaged, you need to repair the controller or replace the input interface circuit.
