First, mechanical failure

1, winding is not smooth

Failure analysis: may be the winding wheel wear, wire groove with foreign objects or improper tension adjustment. Long-term use of the winding wheel will lead to surface abrasion, affecting the smoothness of the winding; wire groove if there are debris, will hinder the normal passage of the wire; tension is too large or too small, will make the wire in the winding process of jamming or slack.

Elimination methods: check the power cord and plug to ensure that the connection is normal; use a multimeter to check the resistance of the motor winding to determine whether there is a short circuit or broken circuit, if any problem, then replace the motor; check the input and output signals of the controller, if there is a malfunction, repair or replace the controller.

2、Winding speed is not stable

Failure analysis: it may be improperly set motor drive parameters, or motor encoder failure, resulting in inaccurate speed feedback, or the motor load is too large, beyond its rated load.

Troubleshooting methods: readjust the parameters of the motor driver, such as acceleration time, deceleration time, speed loop gain, etc.; check the encoder connection line and working condition, if damaged, replace it in time; check the load of the winding machine, reduce the load or replace the motor with higher power.

Third, the control system failure

1、No reaction of operation panel

Failure analysis: the operating panel keys may be damaged, or the communication line between the panel and the controller is faulty, or the controller may be dead or program error.

Troubleshooting: Check whether the keys are flexible, whether they are stuck, if damaged, replace the keys; check whether the communication line is loose, broken or short-circuit, repair or replace the line; reset operation of the controller, such as still can not be resolved, re-download the program or replace the controller.

2、Parameter settings can not be saved

Failure Analysis: It may be the controller's memory chip failure, or the power supply battery is insufficient, resulting in the loss of stored data.

Troubleshooting: Check the working status of the memory chip and replace it if it is damaged; replace the power supply battery to ensure that the controller has a stable power supply to save the parameters.
