1, the controller power failure

Failure causes


The power input line is broken, short-circuited or has poor contact, resulting in no power input to the controller.


Power adapter failure, unstable output voltage or no output.


Controller internal power circuit failure, such as capacitor damage, voltage regulator chip failure.


Solution


Check the power input line, repair the broken and short circuit points, and re-plug and unplug the plug to ensure good contact.

Wrong setting of drive parameters, such as current limit, speed parameters and other unreasonable settings.


Solution


Use professional tools to detect the driver chip, if it is damaged, replace the same type of chip.


Check the power tube, replace the damaged power tube.

3、Control signal transmission failure

The control line is broken, short-circuited or poorly contacted, affecting the signal transmission.


Interface circuit failure, such as interface chip damage, pin oxidation, etc.


Electromagnetic interference causes signal transmission error or loss.


Solution


Check the control line, repair the line problem, re-plug the interface to ensure reliable connection.


Check the interface circuit, clean the pins and replace the damaged interface chip.

Contact the device manufacturer to obtain new program firmware for program upgrade and repair.


Check the memory chip, replace it if damaged, and rewrite the correct parameter data.


Optimize the controller's task allocation and resource management, close unnecessary program tasks; if the hardware resources are really insufficient, consider upgrading the controller hardware.
