How to analyze and troubleshoot the brushless motor motor automatic load tester?



Brushless motor motor automatic load tester fault analysis and troubleshooting can be from the electrical, mechanical, software three aspects, the following is the specific method:


First, electrical fault analysis and troubleshooting


1, power failure


Failure phenomenon: the tester does not have any display, or part of the functional modules without power.


Analysis: Check whether the power plug is tightly inserted, whether the power cord is broken. Use a multimeter to measure the power input voltage is normal, if the voltage is abnormal, check the power socket and power supply line. Check whether the power switch inside the tester is open and whether the fuse is blown.


Troubleshooting: tighten the plug or replace the power cord. Repair or replace the power socket and power supply line. If the fuse is blown, find out why it is blown and replace it with a fuse of the same specification.


2, controller failure


Failure phenomenon: the motor can not run in accordance with the set parameters, or abnormal stoppage during operation.


Analysis: Check whether the connection line of the controller is loose or damaged. Check whether the parameter setting of the controller is correct, whether it matches with the motor and test requirements. Use professional tools to test whether the output signal of the controller is normal.


Remedy: Reconnect or replace the connection line. Reset the controller parameters to ensure that they match the motor and test requirements. If the controller is damaged, contact the manufacturer to repair or replace the controller.


3, sensor failure


Failure phenomenon: inaccurate or abnormal test data, such as current, voltage, speed and other data does not match the actual.


Analysis: Check whether the sensor is installed in the correct position, whether it is interfered with or damaged. Use a multimeter and other tools to measure the sensor resistance, voltage and other parameters to determine whether the sensor is normal.


Remedy: Adjust the installation position of the sensor to ensure that it is firmly installed and not interfered with. Replace the damaged sensor.

Second, mechanical failure analysis and elimination


1, transmission component failure


Failure phenomenon: abnormal noise and vibration when the equipment is running, or the transmission between the motor and the load is not smooth.


Analysis: Check whether the belt, chain, coupling and other transmission components are loose, worn or damaged. Check the lubrication of the transmission parts, whether there is a lack of lubricant. Check the installation accuracy of transmission components, whether there is coaxial deviation and other issues.


Remedy: Adjust the tightness of transmission parts and replace worn or damaged parts. Add lubricant regularly to ensure good lubrication. Re-adjust the installation accuracy of transmission components to ensure that the coaxiality and other parameters meet the requirements.


2, motor installation fault


Failure phenomenon: motor vibration in the test process, abnormal heat and other issues.


Analysis: Check whether the motor mounting bolts are tightened, whether the installation position is correct. Check whether the connection between the motor and the load is concentric, and whether there are problems such as eccentricity or axial tampering.


Remedy: Tighten the mounting bolts and adjust the mounting position of the motor. Re-adjust the connection between the motor and the load to ensure concentricity and axial runout within the allowable range.


3、Mechanical stagnation fault


Failure phenomenon: the tester suddenly stops during operation, or motor rotation difficulties.


Analysis: Check whether the mechanical parts are stuck in foreign objects, such as dust, debris and so on. Check whether the mechanical parts are due to deformation, wear and tear and other reasons lead to stalling. Check whether the fit clearance of the mechanical parts is too small and whether there is any interference phenomenon.


Remedy: Clean the foreign matter on the mechanical parts. Repair or replace deformed or worn mechanical parts. Adjust the fit gap of mechanical parts to eliminate the interference phenomenon.


 


Third, the software failure analysis and troubleshooting


1, the software interface does not respond


Failure phenomenon: click on the software interface buttons or menus do not respond, the software can not operate normally.


Analysis: Check whether the computer system failure, whether there is a virus or malware. Check whether there is a conflict or compatibility problems with the software, whether it is necessary to update the version. Check whether the operating environment of the software is configured correctly, such as memory, graphics card and other settings.


Troubleshooting methods: Use antivirus software to scan and kill all the virus on the computer. Uninstall programs that conflict with the software, update the software version or change to a compatible operating system. Adjust the operating environment parameters of the software to ensure that it meets the operating requirements of the software.


2、Abnormal test data


Failure phenomenon: the collected test data is obviously not in line with the actual situation, or data fluctuations are too large.


Analysis: Check whether the data acquisition equipment is working properly and whether it is correctly connected to the software. Check whether the data acquisition parameters in the software are set correctly, such as sampling frequency, range, etc.. Analyze whether there is any error in the data processing algorithm, and whether the data are correctly filtered, calibrated and so on.


Troubleshooting: Check and repair the faults of the data acquisition equipment to ensure that the equipment is connected to the software properly. 3、Test process error


Failure phenomenon: the test process is not carried out in accordance with the preset process, skipping steps, repeating steps and other issues.


Analysis: Check whether the test process settings in the software is correct, whether there are logical errors. Check whether there are external factors interfering with the test process, such as misoperation, equipment failure, etc.
