Brushless motor motor automatic lock screw machine how to carry out maintenance?


 

Maintenance of brushless motor-motor automatic screwdriver is essential to ensure its stable operation, extend its service life and ensure the quality of screws. The following is from the mechanical structure, electrical system, software system and the working environment and other aspects of the maintenance recommendations:


First, the mechanical structure maintenance


1, screw feeding system


Cleaning and lubrication: Regularly clean the screw vibration plate and feeding track to prevent dust, debris accumulation affecting the normal delivery of screws. General weekly all clean. For the moving parts of the feeding track, such as slider, guide rail, etc., apply appropriate amount of lubricant every month to reduce friction and ensure smooth feeding.


Parts inspection: Check whether the screw arrangement mechanism is worn or deformed, and replace it in time if it is damaged. At the same time, check whether the feeding tube is clogged or broken, if it is clogged, use compressed air to unclog it; if it is broken, you need to replace it with a new feeding tube.


 


2、Locking actuator


Maintenance of batch nozzle: The batch nozzle is the part that directly contacts the screws, and it is easy to wear out. Regularly check the degree of wear of the batch nozzle, when the head of the batch nozzle is obviously worn, it should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure the quality of screw locking. Generally every use of a certain number of times (such as 5000 - 10000 times) for a check.


Transmission parts inspection: check the tightness and wear of the transmission belt and chain. If the belt or chain is too loose, it will lead to a decrease in transmission efficiency; if it is seriously worn, it may slip or break. Adjust or replace as needed, generally quarterly all checks.


Screw and guide rail maintenance: Screw and guide rail are the key components to ensure the accuracy of locking position. Clean the silk rod and guide rail regularly and apply special grease to reduce friction resistance and ensure smooth movement. Monthly cleaning and lubrication is recommended.


 


Second, the electrical system maintenance


1、Power supply part


Check the power connection: Regularly check whether the power plugs, sockets and the connection of the internal power lines are firm, and whether there is any loose, oxidized or broken phenomenon. If problems are found, they should be dealt with in time to avoid equipment failure due to poor contact. Generally conduct an appearance check once a month.


Voltage monitoring: Use a voltmeter to monitor the input voltage of the equipment to ensure that the voltage is stabilized within the range required by the equipment. If the voltage fluctuates too much, electrical components may be damaged. Voltage monitoring is recommended once a week.

2、Motor and Drive


Motor heat dissipation check: Brushless motors generate heat during operation and need to ensure good heat dissipation. Regularly clean the dust on the motor cooling fan and heat sink to prevent overheating and damage to the motor due to poor heat dissipation. Generally clean the heat dissipation parts once a quarter.


Drive parameter setting check: Check whether the parameter setting of the drive is correct and whether it matches the specifications of the motor. If the parameters are not set properly, it may lead to abnormal motor operation. After the equipment is serviced or the motor is replaced, the drive parameters must be rechecked and adjusted.


 


3, sensor maintenance


Clean the surface of the sensor: the sensor is the key component of the equipment to obtain information such as screw position and locking status. Regularly clean the sensor surface to prevent dust, oil and other pollutants from affecting the normal operation of the sensor. General weekly cleaning of the sensor surface.


Sensor calibration: Regularly calibrate the sensor to ensure its detection accuracy. The calibration method can be referred to the instruction manual of the equipment or contact the equipment manufacturer. It is recommended to perform sensor calibration once every six months.


 


Third, the software system maintenance


1、Software update


Pay attention to the software update information released by the equipment manufacturer, and update the control software of the screw machine in a timely manner. Software updates can repair known vulnerabilities and improve the performance and stability of the equipment.


 


2、Data backup


Regular backup of the screw machine's operating data, parameter settings and other important information to prevent data loss. Data can be backed up to an external storage device or server. It is recommended that a weekly data backup.



3、System check


Regularly check the operating status of the software system to see if there is any abnormal error message. If problems are found, contact the equipment manufacturer's technical support staff in time to deal with them.



Fourth, the working environment maintenance


1、Clean work area


Keep the working area of the screw machine clean and sanitary, clean up the screws on the worktable in a timely manner, debris, etc., to avoid debris into the equipment, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. It is recommended that the end of the work every day after the end of the work area cleaning.


 

2, control environmental temperature and humidity


Screw machine should work in a suitable temperature and humidity environment, the general temperature control in 0 - 40 ℃, relative humidity control in 20% - 80%. If the ambient temperature and humidity is out of range, it may affect the performance of electrical components and the precision of mechanical parts. The environment temperature and humidity can be adjusted by installing air conditioners, dehumidifiers and other equipment.
