Distributor: Its function is to separate the screws one by one and convey them to the screwing position. The parts of the distributor, such as slider and guide rail, etc., may wear out due to long-term friction, affecting the accuracy of screw distribution, and need to be prepared as spares.

Batch head (screwdriver head): The batch head is the part that directly contacts the screws and is easily worn. Screws of different specifications require different types of batch heads. It is important to stock batch heads according to the specifications of screws frequently used by the machine, including cross batch heads, one-word batch heads, hexagonal batch heads, etc.
Tighten the motor carbon brushes (if it is a brushed motor): For a brushed motor screwing motor, the carbon brushes are wearing parts. When the carbon brushes are worn to a certain extent, the performance of the motor will be reduced, or even can not work properly.
Components related to torque controllers: Torque controllers are used to control the amount of torque used to tighten screws. Components such as potentiometers, sensors and other components may fail, you need to spare some, in order to ensure the accuracy of the torque screwing.

2, consider the running time and work intensity of the equipment
If the automatic screwing machine is in the continuous production line running for a long time, working more than 8 hours a day, then the consumption rate of spare parts will be faster than intermittent use of the equipment. For this type of equipment running at high loads, increase the spare parts inventory appropriately. For example, for continuous operation of the equipment, the number of batch head stock set to 50% more than the intermittent use of equipment.
3, combined with the supplier's supply cycle
Investigation of spare parts supplier supply cycle, including normal delivery time and possible delays. If a spare parts supplier supply cycle is long, such as the need to import from abroad, the supply cycle of 3 months, then we must reserve enough of the spare parts to meet the 3 months in the normal operation of the equipment needs. 4, set the level of guaranteed stock
In consideration of the frequency of consumption, operating time and supplier supply cycle, set a guaranteed stock level. Safeguard stock is to cope with unexpected situations, such as a sudden increase in spare parts consumption or supplier delivery delays and so on. Typically, a guaranteed stock can be set at a quantity of spare parts needed to keep the equipment running for 1 - 2 weeks. For example, for the screw vibration plate shrapnel, on the basis of normal inventory, additional reserves can maintain the number of equipment running 1 week as a guarantee stock.
5、Regular inventory and update inventory
Establish a regular inventory system, such as monthly or quarterly inventory of spare parts inventory. Check whether the actual inventory quantity is consistent with the recorded inventory quantity, and at the same time, adjust the inventory level according to the actual use of equipment and supplier information. If it is found that a particular spare part is being consumed at a faster rate, or that the supplier's lead time has shortened, adjust the stock quantity accordingly.
